  1. Thanks , Gordon. I appreciate your interest in the build.
  2. This years version of the car has the park lights protruding as you would say. You might have been looking at picures of a 2013,2014, or 2015 Nascar fusion. The car they are running this year is actually the 2017 Ford Fusion which has not been released for sale yet to the public. Mine aren't perfect but it was as close to it as I could get.
  3. Thanks, Bruce and Carl.
  4. Thanks Jeff B. for resurrecting this thread. I had forgotten that I had posted wips to this site of this car back in 2012. Brings back good memorys.
  5. Thanks guys. I really appreciate the replies. Going to attempt my first 2016 using the new revell snap kit. Looks like there are a few changes needed to the body to make it a 2016, but not that much.
  6. Super nice build. Just need some contengencie decals to finish it up.
  7. Thanks O.C. But I wish I could do as clean a job as you do. You see a lot of mistakes after you make your final pictures but by then you just want to post them and move on. Still had fun building it.
  8. Finally finished and no Nascar kits were harmed in the making of this model. A mistake I will not make again. 175.5 hours is just too long for one build.
  9. Its finished. I will try to take the final photos this afternoon.
  10. Thanks Kerry. I've done about half of the decals so after they are finished and have dried sufficiently I will future it and it will be done. Then I'll get the final photos on here. I'm pretty happy with how its turning out.
  11. Another excellent build from your bench, O.C.
  12. Thanks, Bruce. I had to redo the window net. It was a little off from the picture I had of the real car and I wasn't happy with it.
  13. Thanks O.C. I will give it a try. Bruce, I hope it wasn't in the summer months. It can be brutal down here.
  14. Thanks ,Bruce. I'm south and west of there.
  15. Thanks O.C. I appreciate the reply. Also how do you get such a crisp line between your colors when you do a two tone paint job. You do some of the best paint work there is and of course your builds are always excellent as well.
  16. Always loved the 59 Chevys. You did a fantastic job on this one.
