  2. Another Excellent build. Ahhhhh the good old days when Terry, Dale Sr. and Ward were still running.
  3. Excellent as always, O. C.
  4. Thanks guys.
  5. Awesome job. I see you have those excellent reference pictures of the real car, Hope to do this one myself some day. Is that the Revell kit?
  6. They don't offer a Jeb Burton diecast truck so I purchased a Harvick diecast from the Jeg's website and changed it into what I needed.
  7. Since they are on clear sheets I probably could.
  8. Thanks Niko, I had to do a lot of body mods to get it right. The one in the box is a 74 Chevelle. I had to change the wheel openings and the rear quarter and rear end panels to make it look like a 75 which is the one he drove to his first cup win at Nashville.
  9. Yes, the decals took a lot of time to create, but I always wanted to do this model for its historical significance.
  10. Excellent build. Actually Jim Paschal drove the #41 the most and won the World 600 in 1964 in it.
  11. All I knew was that the car had a 56 olds V8 with Hillborn injection and was set back 26 inches. Also it had individual pipes for each cylinder.I also knew that the driver sat in the back seat area. Everything else was just an edjucated guess.
  12. Here's the real car.Driven in 1959. 1956 version that led every lap to win the 1956 Daytona Beach Modified/Sportsman race.
  13. Yes on the alclad. The wheels and tires are ppp. the tires and wheels that come in the kit dont look anything like they actually used.
  14. Yes, had to shave off the wipers plus alot of other things had to be removed.
  15. Yes, the Bud Moore cars of that era were almost always black snd red.
  16. I glued the hood shut because I had no ref pics of the real engine. If you go to my photobucket you can see some in progress shots. The model comes as a 74 and I had to change it to a 1975
  17. The 410 horsepowers came from a Yesterday Joe Weatherley sheet but the rest are homemade inkjet decals.
  18. Awesome start. Looking forward to following this one.
