  1. Had to remove the bumper guards and pads from the bumpers and cover the park lights.
  2. Taped some stuff together to see how everything is fitting so far.
  3. Opened up the wheel openings and added styrene upper wheel opening lips and added some putty to them to contour them into the body. had to cut off the front frame clip and extended it to get the suspension to line up in the center of the front wheel openings.
  4. Its hard to see that you had a problem with the clear, but if you did just use future. It wont attack the decals.
  5. Got the hood cut out. Removed the vinyl top and all the mouldings.
  6. Such a huge improvement over box stock. Great job of modeling.
  7. Bruce I' going to open it and use the engine out of the olds kit. I'm using the thunderbird kit for the chassis because its rear steer. The olds kit chassis is a front steer chassis.
  8. I will be using parts from these kits. This is what I will be trying to build
  9. Decided to hold off on this one for a while. Will start on a different project that I actually bought the decals for.
  10. Here's the list of decals I have to make for this build.
  11. I thought by now some one would have mentioned the winners decals next to brads name.
  12. Looking great. Glad you are lowering the ride height by not using the metal axles.
  13. Not much. Just wanted to get the exhausts right. Thanks Carl.
  14. Looks like they didn't get the exhaust right on this one either. Oh well, better than using a resin body or diecast. Maybe the glue kits will get it right.
  15. Thanks , Gordon. I appreciate your interest in the build.
  16. This years version of the car has the park lights protruding as you would say. You might have been looking at picures of a 2013,2014, or 2015 Nascar fusion. The car they are running this year is actually the 2017 Ford Fusion which has not been released for sale yet to the public. Mine aren't perfect but it was as close to it as I could get.
