  2. Wips should be in the wip section.
  3. See you all later.
  4. I guess your right Niko. Nascar builds are only allowed in the Nascar section. That's too bad.
  5. Why was this moved to Nascar? It is still on the workbench.
  6. Got the frame finished and primed. Like I said no big detailing will be done to the frame.
  7. Brad is coming?
  8. Thanks Bad luck. Been fun so far.
  9. Started on the frame. Pretty basic molded frame. I just needed to remove the molded in exhaust and fill in the voids with putty. I will add dual exhaust like the real car had. Nothing really detailed will be done to the frame.
  10. Finally finished the interior. Added a tire inspection door.
  11. Finally got the decal sheets finished . The sheet with the most stuff on it is a clear sheet. The other one is a white sheet.
  12. Thanks, Kirk
  13. Did some more interior work. Scratchbuilt the buckles and belts.
  14. Some more rollcage pad work. Also working on scratchbuilt seat and shoulder harness buckles. It is very tedious work.
  15. I owned a 75 beretta v8 with a 4 speed. It would have been way to small to run in nascars bigger series. It was like the size of todays cruze.
  16. Another awesome one.
  17. Added padding to the roll bars. Used tubing that would fit over the roll bar tubing. Will fix the voids in the tubing with putty. Flat black should make them look like rubber.
  18. Thanks, William.
  19. Thanks Bruce.
  20. Excellent as always. Glad to see you posting here again. Now if you could just get Clay to post here that would be awesome.
  21. Great job on the Pontiac, Jon. I believe that is the car Buck Baker drove in place of Jack Smith that took the Southern 500 in 1960. Like you said the Catalina was a little shorter and made a better race car than the Bonneville.
  22. Primed part of the tub and seat and did some more work fitting the grille to the body.
  23. Made the snaps on the tonneau cover thinner and began modifications to the grille and headlights to try to make it look more like the real car.
  24. Thanks, Mike. It's been fun so far.
  25. Bruce, for both reasons. Also with the wire in place you dont have to heat the bend unless its at an extreme 90 degree angle.
