  1. Very nice. I have always hated masking Indy cars (OK Champ cars in this case), but you did an very good job.
  2. Beautiful "real" stock car.
  3. Not a big Jimmie fan, but a darn good looking model.
  4. Very nice.
  5. Thank you, Kirk. Yeah I go one side at a time and cut the springs down so they are just there. The Laughlin cars are much more user friendly and I can’t help but wonder how accurate these are since they were based on movie cars.
  6. Bill was always class and that is why I was always a fan. Everything except that song he did, poor guy cannot sing.
  7. Great looking build and good stance. Also agree with your assessment of “Ironhead” and his cars.
  8. Thank you, Vince.
  9. Good looking Merc. Back when stock cars were stock....Kinda.
  10. Nice job on an obscure subject.
  11. Love that paint scheme. Good Job.
  12. Beautiful.
  13. Great looking Tbird.
  14. Thanks Kirk, I will give the 2x a go. I used the Krylon Acrylic UV protectant covering and have never been able to get that to lay down smooth. I knew I did not want to try Future/Pledge, whatever as it is so thin I was worried it would carry the paint away. I can not agree more about the ease of every aspect of the craft paint. It only took about 30 seconds to flash it and clean up was hot water and Dawn without getting in trouble with the girlfriend over all those chemicals I normally put down the sink?. Mine is the AMT Gotham Police/Joker car as I bought two in an effort to get my girlfriend's son to do anything other than sit in front of the computer for hours on end. Unfortunately it has not inspired him and hopefully will be done within a week or two.
  15. Thank you Chris.
  16. Thank you Garett. They were really high quality decals.
  17. Thank you. Always liked the look of these cars but they were small and slow.
  18. Thank you Carl.
  19. Thank you James. I didn’t even think of NCIS, but yes it would.
  20. Thank you Jason. Yeah I wanted it to be like the car in the movie when you first see it all shiny and straight.
