That looks pretty darn good to me. I just bought the Ramptruck. I checked out the hood and it seems to fit fine. Wont know about the rest until I build it. It all looks nice and flat.

I was walking through the nail polish isle with my wife and I saw a chrome (mirror) nail polish for $8.95. I'm sure this is nothing new so who has shot chrome nail polish through their airbrush for bumpers, handles, etc.? Pics please.

Thanks Bob. I bought some FolkArt acrylic paint at HL, Barn Wood & Raw Wood. My plan is to paint the whole bed with the Barn Wood since it's a lighter color then dry brush the Raw Wood which is a darker color. I'll hit the metal strips in the bed with my Molotow pen. The pic shows my 60 Chevy Truck which I did the same way but I didn't do any dry brushing. Just thought I would give that a try this time around.

The heat wave has left but with the rain now the humidity is terrible. I did manage to get a little work done and do a little mock up to make sure that things are still fitting right. I'm getting close to finishing this one.

I guess I could Carl. Just not much into buying after market parts. FolkArt Acrylic paint has a Barn Wood color that looks interesting.

I came across this website a while back and couldn't believe the prices of these metal engine. These metal engine are cheaper than a resin engine with all the accessories. Anyone bought one of these engines that could tell us about the quality? https://scalereprosplus.com
