  1. Looks pretty sweet. I like the color. Great job on this one.
  2. That came out nice. I like the Tamiya line of paints.
  3. That came out pretty nice Ken. Nice job.
  4. One tough looking Roadster. Nice job in a short time frame.
  5. Thanks Dave. I'm headed to the Hobby Shop today to pick up the paint. Not sure when I'll get a chance to try it out in the spraybooth. I need to wait until this heat wave is over with.
  6. Since the box art on the 40 Coupe is orange, I'm thinking of some variation of that color. I saw a video of of a fellow airbrushing Tamiya X-26 Clear Orange over X-33 Bronze. It made a really nice deep looking color. I'm thinking with some chrome wheels and a bmf strip down the side that color should really pop. The color is still not in stone yet.
  7. Welcome aboard Casey.
  8. Thanks Carl.
  9. Thanks Dave. I also have a 37 ford Coupe that i'll be building this summer. Just love the old fat fender cars & trucks.
  10. Thanks Sonny. I like this body style as well. I like any fat fender car or truck.
  11. Thanks James. That Sedan Delivery is going to be nice. Yup, stay out of that heat.
  12. Thanks Buddy. I'm liking it so far.
  13. Started removing a little (a Lot) flash this morning. Did a little mock up to see what my options are.
  14. Are we going to see a new release of the Revell 1950 Ford pickup truck any time soon? The last release was in 2011.
  15. Alright boys....we have a looked here. Dang Mario, that is just a good looking model. Really well done and that green just pops. I really like this one. Nice job.
  16. Thanks Dave. I'm thinking a mild Street Rod is what I'm looking at.
  17. Welcome aboard Ethan. I think we would all like to see a pic or two of your new Hobby area and spray both.
  18. Yup. I love all the fat fender cars and trucks.
  19. I know you are Buddy. What's the odds on me getting through this build without a major screw up ?
  20. Thanks Dave.
  21. Next up on the bench is the AMT 1940 Ford Coupe. I just finished cleaning all the flash off the engine parts and got the holes drilled for the plug wires. A nice coat of Tamiya TS-30 Silver Leaf paint will end the day for me. Supposed to hit 100° today.
  22. That's a good looking orange Jim. Nice looking Impala SS.
  23. Haha....yeah Buddy. Thanks Mario.
  24. Looks nice but there is no way I could build something that small. My hats off to you.
