I realize I'm late to the party, by years.. but WOW! your bus looks great. I've always liked the look of the Bonnet bus kit boxart and finally just bought one. I was searching for how they looked built and stumbled upon yours. I'm with you on the mislabeled scale. It looked huge when I unboxed it. My thoughts when I get to building it is possibly make it a party bus "NNL or Bust" I also like your shortening idea. Mike

Started the long over due project of tearing out the old rotten landscaping ties that run along a portion of our front steps and sidewalk to the stoop. Ants galore, found a salamander and a toad in the process. I was able to get half of the new ones in place but ran out of day light. Tomorrow I'll be back at it again even though I'm sore all over. Instead of using the regular steel rebarb I used green rebarb. Cuts easier but it's apparently coated with a fiberglass coating. Tomorrow I'll wear gloves when working with it. I can feel tiny splinters in my hands.. my bad, but I do like it better than the steel rebarb. Oh yeah, went to use the wheel barrel for the first time in 2 years, the tire was flat and the tire had dry rotted. Went and bought an air less tire and all is good again.

I though so too, although I was never fond of them as a kid and had to ride on one. So many themes could be used, maybe NNL or bust!

Nantucket Ned had a bucket that was filled to the top with lead, and when he went to carry it to the recyclers, his voice went up real high and his pants fell to his thighs leaving him standing still in a puddle of something ill, with not knowing what to do since all he could smell was poo.

Picked this one up fairly reasonable, but not a steal. A complete kit with the cellophane still on the top half.

What Did You See In Your Yard Today?

I have one in particular that's very trusting. I guess you can say he's in training. I kneel down to their level when I feed them all by hand now. -

Very cute and polite little guy you have there. Looks like you've been feeding him/her well. -

A-way with all the normalities in resurrecting that disheveled monstrosity, grab the M-80's and let the big bang begin!

I am glad I stumbled upon your review Bill. I was looking at one of his Vista Cruisers which is a vehicle I've always admired. You just saved me from a heartache. Thanks, as I appreciate your opinions. Mike -
Imagine if you were never allowed to indulge in the fun of model building and all of the satisfaction of self improvement of your skills that comes with it, what a dull world that would be to live in, just horrible.

Excursions on a scenic Railroad is well worth the time, it's like stepping back in time as was ours on the Strasburg Railroad in Lancaster Pennsylvania.

Two kits from this week's mail delivery. Both kits were on my watch list and both were offered to me at a reduction in their posted prices. Couldn't pass them up.

Another pimple reared it ugly head on Jeremy's pale adolescent face the night before the big prom making him rethink about making an appearance, but all was saved when he decided to take a red sharpie and polka dot his entire face to resemble having the measles so no one would notice that pesky pimple, but according to his mother it was not a wise choice, she called the doctor causing poor Jeremy to miss out altogether.
