I don't think they've publicly shown all the parts, have they? That appears to be the same parts display they brought to the Milwaukee NNL in April. Maybe they just decided not to display the shared parts from previous Tri-Five kits, though.

I moved your posts and those related to your work into a new topic, so both Cummins aren't confused with one another: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=80295

Centrifugal blower/Procharger.

I will second what George said, Tommy. You may want to contact Mike (shucky) directly via PM and ask if they are available now or not. Here is the topic showing the Prochargers Mike/shucky made: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=39839&hl=procharger -
1/25 Revell '70 Plymouth HEMI 'Cuda 2'n1

Here are the newest pics of both versions built and displayed at the 2014 Toledo NNL, courtesy of Steve Goldman: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=80054&p=1023362 Tower Hobbies has it listed at $24.95 and due in late November, so I wouldn't expect it before then. -

Pending Billy's exterior color choices, the tally so far is: Blue- 15 Orange - 13 Yellow- 12 Green- 11 ...and the rest are all less than seven.

Here are decal laser stripes, so once we figure out which colors are in the final running, we can pick out other body details. finishes, and colors.

It's almost here. Built up shown at 2013 Toledo NNL, photographed by Steve Goldman:

There's lots of info in this thread to support the idea that this kit is not the same as the previous '58/'59 Vette kits, including Steve Goldman's post: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=50473&p=565129

They don't have scanners, but rather enter each price at the register manually, so same way for the coupon code.

I think I will leave the jump seat in the folded up position, Ken. I did some tire test fitting this afternoon and the front fender wells will definitely need to be reworked, or I need to use a smaller diameter tire. I think the 20s I tried out were a bit too tall anyway, but you're right-- there's not much room for tucking the tires up front. I don't think I'll go too low on the suspension, and looking at the two-part driveshafts on 1:1 extended cab models, I'm probably going to have to use some type of custom/faux factory driveshaft setup with the longbed in place. My main concern with the front suspension is that the lower A-arms appear to be hanging in thin air, and the upper A-arms look nothing like the real things, either. I think going 4x4 would and even more complications, though the Syclone's AWD setup could be kind of interesting....no, no, no, 2WD it's staying. Thanks for the tips and comments, folks.

I think we'll decide the color choice first, then decide which particular shade of that color we should paint the car.

You posted about the Lindberg "Lawman" Plymouth Super Stock kit. There is already an existing topic discussing that very kit in the Model Cars: Car Kit Reviews section, so your post was merged with the existing topic, not deleted. The forum software does not allow for a link to be left behind once the topics are merged (to my knowledge), like we can when a post moved. Without trying to scold anyone, this could've been prevented by searching beforehand, and finding out of there was already an existing topic on the Lawman kit. There is a pinned topic on how to search the forum using Google in the Tip & Tech section, or you can use keywords in the forum's own advanced search function, which can be accessed by clicking the little white star-flower thing next to the search box, which is in the header on every page of the forum. If I do that, the Lawman topic in the Car Kit Reviews section is #10 on the list. There is also a second topic covering the newly announced kits for 2014, in which the Lawman kit is both pictured and discussed, so I don't see a reason for creating another post to discuss a specific kit in General Discussion when that kit is already being discussed in two existing topics. I guess what I'm trying say is (and this is for everyone not just Daryl)-- please use the search FIRST to find out if a post on that same topic already exists. If you need help, please send me a PM and I'll be happy to help. I realize using the search function may not be simple nor easy for anyone, but if you're willing to take a few minutes to learn how to use it, it will benefit everyone, and most of all, you.

I really hope this guy's first name turns out to be Harry. -
This looks like the better of the two, Patrick, but I'm not sure how far along it is: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=80295

Are the rear wheels newly created? I think all of the previous Lindberg '64 Mopar S/S kits included steel rear wheels only.
-
Me neither....hope that isn't too obvious. I wanted to keep the momentum going, so I tackled the interior tub, extending it with the rear third of a second standard cab tub. It wasn't too complicated, just lots of test fitting with the frame/floorboard, cab, firewall, and interior tub all together. Once the correct length was set I mated the two tub pieces, then filled in the two floor holes. I'm not sure what the boxy looking thing in the right rear corner is on a standard cab, but I'm pretty sure it needs to be removed so the x-cab's passenger side jump seat can fold down, so one more hole to fill. I wanted to retain the rear tub wall-to-cab rear wall fit, so it was easier and simpler to use another box stock tub section than to craft new pieces out of sheet styrene. Final test fit shot, making sure the top rear of the tub fits under the rear window opening correctly: Almost done, with the first two floor filler pieces in place: Hmmmm, should I partially cover the floor with the jump seats or create interior panels with them in the folded up position...

Works for me. For interior and exterior? We should decided the exterior color first, then chose an interior color which complements the exterior color. Let your exterior color preferences be known. A poll only allows us five choices, so simply post your top five (if you have that many) color preferences in order, and I'll manually tally the votes. Your first choice will count as five points, second as four, etc. Here are my choices: 1) Light Metallic Blue 2) Orange 3) Yellow 4) White As much as I like the green Pro Touring car I posted earlier in the topic, I don't think that color has enough visual punch. With black, all the detail areas and different sheens of black tend to get blended together. Tom and Roger, are either of you interested in taking part in the build? If so let us know which step remaining on page one you'd like to handle. I edited the chassis/suspension/exhaust step to include fitting the wheels and tires, since it's best to make sure they fit before any of those areas are finished. If someone wants to handle the wheels and tires alone, we can always break that off into a separate step again.

Beautiful workmanship, Henry. Very, very clean BMF application, too.

And what does the 1/25 scale Revell model's wheelbase measure? Should be 4.08".
