I make a trains kit for the GT350 I will not say that word That's why you may have trouble finding it on my site If you go to transits or search for Mustang you'll find it You have to understand why I'm not saying that word -
Best beginner Fusion 360 Project
Texas_3D_Customs replied to olschoolkid's topic in Car Aftermarket / Resin / 3D Printed
I would find a good online beginners course for fusion (lots of free ones like YouTube) and follow along. While it may not be automotive oriented you will learn a lot more as most courses are not specific. This will give you the tools needed much quicker than trying to wing it doing a wheel or intake. Just my 2 pennies. -
This is way bigger than the normal bankruptcy case here's a good article on it,but as far as I understand it,there is no company left personnel wise. https://www.belloflostsouls.net/2024/07/shapeways-shuts-down-after-17-years-of-3d-printed-glory.html

So I'm going to be real honest This is originally done by Scott Solomon and I'm not going to redesign the heads I am doing some work to this I'm going to redo the blower system where it doesn't come with both hats but you can buy either hat and the strombergs will now be a separate piece but as far as redesigning the heads and all the work that would be involved in then I just don't have time for it Y'all can reach out to him and ask him if he wants to do it but I don't have the time with everything I'm doing to do a full redesign for that and while it may not be a popular opinion that is what I'm doing -

Probably never as I don't see a difference between this and the AFB perhaps there is something but I don't think it's significant -

So I went and looked at his SM420, that wont be hard to beat at all, in fact since it has a GM bolt pattern it wont really work anyways. Its not bad but not the level of detail I am after, you can always go ask him to design a GMC V6 and he will then talk to Scale Model Autowerks to do it, not like you actually buy from me anyways. Things to note about that transmission of his, it doesn't have the PTO or the flange cove that would replace it it doesn't have the right dimensions I can tell just by looking and its missing a lot of details, he makes a good product I won't say his stuff is bad, but scanning then producing from that is always going to be more accurate than designing from looking at pictures. -

Would be cool if someone was stupid enough to buy one just to scan it for all the dimensions and features. Well someone is dumb enough to buy a seized 351 for way to much money. -
