  1. I have no idea I don't have one I bought the most rarely available kit to do this from and that's why I did it and the year was right
  2. I may be but I need to make a file first, I would like to have one in hand or detailed drawings for one first. Plus I need more time to do stuff like this
  3. I don't think lidar is the way to go, structured light seems to be the best solution for details that I have seen.
  4. I have two scanners One is an Einstar the other is an Einscan SP. But neither one of them is going to scan reflective surfaces That's what scanner spray is for or you can primer it. Scanning Hot Wheels is not very easy they're very small and generally speaking scanners are not made to scan little itty-bitty things there is a scanner that will scan really small things very very well but it is also very very expensive. There are examples of Hot Wheels bodies that I scanned One I printed at the same scale The other one I printed at 1:32 scale
  5. I will list it I'm going to print some out today I am really busy with this Eleanor project plus I'm working on something else with Scott so I'm trying but I'm doing a lot right now
  6. Mentioning it is fine I just want to be clear as to how I sell my items I have a lot of questions repeatedly about hey I can't find this intake manifold or where are the carbs individually on your website and I just want to be clear
  7. As I have said before I don't do bits would be a whole engine
  8. But it was has been asked and I made the Crossram Webber DCOE for the SBF, Now I am willing to bet that it doesnt sell but here are some preview Pictures.
  9. So first that's why I made this, second the other FE engines have the option for the toploader as well. As far as selling separately that's my decision, I did all the small things to compliment the trans kit so I will reserve this for that purpose.
  10. I mean I keep making intakes to go with it I already have a full engine and I don't sell just bits to dress up other engines too many variables
  11. Yeah only the Windsor just doesn't sell and I can just keep making intake manifolds for it sell one or two here or there and it's really hard to put all that time into an engine that sells maybe two or three a month
  12. I have a Cobra 427 with individual throttle bodies already
  13. It's part of the GT350 trans kit is the only way I sell that very specific variation of that engine there are others that are not that exact engine but are Ford FE
  14. The GT350 unnamed transkit has been listed on my website, now this is not a limited release item and will not be going away, my decal supplier is pretty stable and so if you don't want to build it soon there is no need to rush and buy it now. I am already realizing that this is probably more popular than it needs to be right now. it is listed Not Eleanor
  15. Yep this is happening
  16. Printing that integument fold wouldn't be a problem designing it that's a whole different story and I have Mickey Thompson valve covers well I do the Mopar performance version which is more or less the same different script on it I don't know and I'm not going to make a different valve cover for the 413 The only difference I can see is the notch in the outside front or rear I don't know what side to call it because they're symmetrical
  17. Well being a 440 and a 413 is nothing but bore and at that scale no point. As far as the cross ram I am not sure. But I did scan this cross ram intake
  18. I know that it works for the Revell that's what I scanned to make it and I know I've seen it used on a Tamiya, and if I recall correctly I think I saw someone do it to a hasegawa
  19. How do you wear out a printer I'm just curious I've been running my original Saturn since January of 2021 still using them, and I think I've replaced one screen on one of them and that was my fault I think I dropped something on it
  20. I have one here in Lewisville Texas which is close to me every time I go and I'm not happy with any of the models they have
  21. If anyone has an smp kit, I have a scanner, I am sure that I can work something out with somebody who wants to print bodies and sell them
  22. So I'm on a trip I'm in the Louisville Kentucky area because I just stand and it will be coming in Mopar 440 three different intakes a 727 and an 833 transmission. Today will be day two of scanning and going to his uncle's house who has all sorts of mopar stuff and it looks like I'm going to get a long ram intake some carburetors a tripower for the Ford FE and some other stuff I still don't know things are coming.
  23. well looking at the engine, you couldn't have used it as the carbs are on backwards, the throttle bar would be embedded in the fan shroud. I may go and modify that and make it where it can only go on the right way. Something like a shaped peg like a triangle that only works one way. That is not my design so its a little harder to accomplish, but not impossible. I also have always planned on making my own VW air cooled engine that is more accurate but keep getting stuck on doing other things that expand my offerings not replace things I already have.
  24. Some how I completely missed this thread, I am thoroughly impressed, but I see that I left a little support material on one of those tires, I try to get them all off, but its pretty easyish to remove. I also see you didn't use the throttle bar connecting the two carbs, may I ask why?
  25. Its all good, you just used Icemans name and my site thats all. And I am the one with the baja kits, thats all trying to avoid confusion. I was not offended at all.
