Carl, I JUST ran into this post, and I can't express how much your concern warms my heart. My Mother-In-Law's appendix ruptured in the beginning of November, almost killing her. My wife and I took two weeks off work and went to her home in a neighboring state to take care of her. We had no internet access while we were gone...
