A few years back I was stopped at a red light near my house when a couple of middle aged ladies rolled down their windows and threw their fast food bags full of trash into the street. There was no one stopped behind me, so when the light turned green and they took off, I quickly jumped out and picked up their trash. I then proceeded to follow them home and after they pulled into their driveway, I got out and handed the driver their bags of trash back and reminded them that our city is not a garbage can, their license plate is clearly displayed and littering citation fines are more than $500.00.
