  1. I want to give it a great interior since its convertible. I keep looking at the wheels. I wish I had a front wheel just a little bigger. I'm not a big wheel fan either, unless they're off road tires on them. But I think these work on here. Thanks!
  2. Started the 71 Cuda Convertible model the other night. Painted int pieces semi flat black and began some wood work (need to touch up a little). Will be flocking the int. May build my own rear leaf springs. Also worked on the stance a little... Not sure what color yet... Green or Purple??? enjoy.
  3. AMAZING Truck! Great work! I love it! To me the paint is a little too dark for me, but everything else is top notch!
  4. Super NICE! I love the look and you're doing a great job with the detail!
  5. Nice PU. You gonna put a tonnou cover on the bed? Was thinking it would look good.
  6. Lookin Good!
  7. I was about to say that first picture looked like a cool rat rod, but the finished product is AMAZING! Great work!
  8. Cool!!!
  9. Awesome chop job. Looks great.
  10. Looks like a lot of work ahead for you. I like your determination and your taking on such a challenge. Keep it up!
  11. Thats some SWEET work you have going on there! Keep it up!
  12. Thank you very much. That's the first time working with brass... just threw it together once I figured out what pieces I had. First time aging/dusting tires like that too. I think they add nicely to the overall look.
  13. Finished the DEATH WAGON !!! Hope you enjoy the photos.... Close up of the main guns Gatling gun Passenger side Rear machine gun Top view Passenger side again
  14. Made some progress so far on the Death Wagon... [edit... cleaned up some images and where I store them... see finished work below...] Need to do some finish work on the body yet, wheel wells and tires/rims...
  15. I think I used a little epoxy (Was about 2 yrs ago), if not it was CA glue. The small barrell pieces I just rolled under the razor blade and they cut VERY easy. I used a small hand saw for larger pieces. A dremel would prob work too.
  16. Thank you! I really appreciate it. The wagon is actually from a Death Race build off from a few years back that I didn't finish. Anyway, minigun... You can see it's brass. I bought a bag of mixed brass pieces from the HS. There's a couple 6 sided pieces around some mini tubes cut to length and glued. I just framed up the housing using sheet styrene. I'm actually working on aging/weathering a bit now. It's lookin pretty abused!
  17. Here's a couple pics from just 2 weekends ago. A 4wd trip where we ended up having to cross a flodded creek. Me... Ron... Jeepers are alive and kicking! No mall crawlers here!
  18. Hey all. Long time since I posted... FINALLY unpacked my modelling stuff (mostly) on the workbench I finally finished in the new house. Only took me a year... So, I was reading through the thread and would like to enter my Death Wagon (some of you may reqognize it from a previous build). Below is a pic from over a year ago. [edit: sorry... deleted this image when cleaning things up. See completed photos on page 20] I already started the paint/finish tonight! Will post some new pics after I get something done.
  19. Hello, hello, hello! Long time no post! Another Death Racer build off???? I'll have to get my car out of the box and finish it. Still haven't finished my workbench and all my model stuff is still boxed up, but I'm hoping to get it out soon!!!! Eric
  20. That's really cool! I like yours better than the real one. GREAT job!!!

    Definitely different. Great job!
  23. 1 word.... AWESOME!!!!!
  24. Dude, I love the RAT! The weathering in the recent pics looks better than initially. You've done some great work. I like seeing creativity like the wood chair on things like this because it adds a lot of uniqueness and realism. Great work!
  25. Hey all. Finally got a minute to get in the forum and snoop around. I expected more progress over the past month... hmm. Maybe I won't be so far behind when I get back at it afterall. The pics that are posted do look great!!! Zero progress on my Death Wagon since last post. Spending the week in a 1 bedroom aptmt and driving back tothe house/family on weekends. Don't have time nor space to do anything. I did however bring a few cars to the office to stare at and keep me motivated to "get back at it". Later, Eric
