Painted the body and bonnet as well as decaled it as well as tinted the rear window and did some more work on the interior and engine

The kit is very good it all snaps together and is highly detailed it has had no glue on it and it snaps together and even the boot is detailed

Hello I’ve been awaiting starting this build for a while now but I’m finally able to start as my ranchero is nearly on the way to be done and the nova awaits painting of the body I can start to work on a Holden model kit finally. here’s the 80s pro street look I’m going for. I’ve got a 1:1 scale hk Holden ute that will be built exactly like that ute there but just with a single headlight front here’s a mock up of my Hq But the contents of the box are amazing the small block for it also has a 3d printed crower stack manifold that’s all for now

That is the most unique car to be a gasser but it suits it

I love this green I’m painting my nova green and it’s a similar green but not this green. Anyways keep up the epic work

Thanks the paint I used was duplicolour high heat silver

Finished the interior off I even added a green mooneyes steering wheel to it regards Brock

Got some more painting done I painted the interior silver and even added a tachometer to the steering column

I have painted the chassis today as the day did come out good and I have also painted the tires and inside of the engine bay regards Brock

Finished off detailing the interior I have also finished off the underside and have finished the engine off im now waiting for another good day to paint this thing again regards Brock

Is this build still continuing because I now wanna do this to an amt 66 nova

That seems really cool turning those rancheros to xk and Xp I was going to do that but I think it would be too much work for me

I have done some scratch building on the interior of this kit as it is extremely basic and I have done work on the firewall I am still undecided on what colour I’m leaning into a yellow like a mQQneyes style gasser then to do a nova wagon as a mQQneyes shop sedan delivery or do it in a green and make a matching sedan delivery as well

I’ve done the engine awaiting more spray paint to redo the body. I’ve also painted the firewall white and I have completed the interior it’s not the best interior I have done but it’ll do

Would a revell gt 350 mustang chassis also fit as I’m planning on doing a mustang gasser and wanting to use one of my hertz mustang kits as a donor

I’ve got one of those 1/35 jeeps on the back burner but you have made me want now want to get one of those novas

Some more progress I have painted the headers for it I’ve also bent one of the rear leaf springs so it has that 1 wheel in the air look at a launch here’s that tourqey look it will have but I have to get this and my ranchero finished before I can start my newest kit which is the dda hq custom which will be built as an 80s aussie streeter complete with a crower injected sbc but that will wait

I wanna build the falcon one but I would do a mustang but use a revell kit as a donor
