  1. Great model!
  2. That is really cool. Great to see another member of the Alabama Gang get some love.
  3. Always liked those cars, nice work.
  4. Great pics Marco, thanks for sharing. A lot of impressive work there.
  5. One thing uncovered: NASCAR was popular enough when this thing started to rate it's own category, now hardly anyone posts or visits there and you can't give those kits away here or on eBay!
  6. I check General, Under Glass, Big Boyz, car kit reviews, and NASCAR (my first love, what got me back in the hobby years ago ). Occasionally light trucks as I've posted a few. If I have time I surf the others but not consistently.
  7. This is my only attempt up to now, a future show winner under construction:
  8. Great looking model, nice job!
  9. Outstanding work on the wagon, I love it! The trailer and rail are very cool as well.
  10. Sweet, Rocket 88! Great model and backstory as well.
  11. Nice. The batwing Impala is one of my favorites. You should see if your camera has a "macro" or close-up setting, might sharpen up the pics.
  12. I used satin on the roof and interior but I guess it's a little too shiny? The Krystal Kleer wasn't quite dry yet I guess, I need to fix that horn! Thanks for all the comments!

Kewl kemp in suede! Nice work.
  14. Nice work, I thought it was Mark Martin for a minute !
  15. Do what works for you! It's a hobby, it's supposed to be fun and relaxing. Some find they do better concentrating on one project, others have a dozen going. Myself I usually have 3 going in different stages so I always have something to work on depending on my mood, paint or glue drying, etc.
  16. A few more....
  17. I've lately shifted gears a bit and taken to the big cars of the '30s. I've found a few at reasonable prices on eBay and begun building. This is one I finished last night. An MPC kit, the only thing I would do differently is remove the "working steering" feature that moves the wheels via the steering wheel. The parts are too spindly and bind up too easily for this to work well. A big straight 8 engine and lots of chrome make for a striking vehicle, I think. Comments welcome, thanks for looking!

  20. Great work, faithful to the real thing. Nice!
  21. Sharp little beast! Nice work.
  22. Beautiful model!
  23. I'm an Impala guy and you nailed it! Great model.
  24. Looks great in suede! Keep 'em coming, glad you're back.
