I know a guy in a neighboring town that did something similar with a PT Cruiser, every chrome stick-on ever made on a purple base. The 'vette is pure genius, color coordinating the chin spoiler and rocker flares with the interior and the skulls out back?! Now who would have thought? -

Sorry to hear of her issues, if letting it out helps then go for it. Be thankful you've got a mom that's not afraid, she sounds like quite a person! -
Neat concept, great execution. "Brick pearl" is an interesting choice. I owned a PT, I think they got killed because they were heavy, slow, and appealed mostly to the over 60 crowd.

I miss the roadsters . Back in the 60's my dad, uncle, and grandpa would go to the first weekend of time trials every year. When I got old enough they let me come along. It was the tail end of the roadster era after Jimmy Clark and the Lotus' showed the way. I'll never forget the "whoosh" of the #40 STP turbine in '67 however!
