  1. This kit was another one of my dad's he picked up in the '90s. Unassembled until April 5th, 2021. One of the very first kits that I had sprayed; interestingly enough, with paint from a '90s spray can. I guess the paint was still good, because the car's paint job looks fantastic, in my opinion. This is the 1988 Monogram Shelby Cobra kit.
  2. One of my dad's old kits, originally completed in 1983, when he was a kid (see "Blast From the Past Camaro"). It was also taken apart so I could build it. Originally molded in yellow, my dad hadn't painted it, but had cut a large hole in the hood having a massive blower sticking out, and painted the hood and trunk flat black. We decided to build it the right way, for it's second life. This is the original 1979 AMT "Snakebite" Shelby GT500. The box was long gone, so my dad re-created it since he works at a print shop. The hole in the hood was filled with another piece of plastic. This kit was completed October 28th, 2021. Should've been built like this the first time.
  3. This is one of my dad's old kits. Originally completed in 1983, when he was a kid, he took it apart so I could build it. The box was long gone, so he re-created the original since he works at a print shop. It's the 1977 Monogram model 1969 Camaro "IMA Z/28", completed, for the second time, on October 9th, 2021.
  4. The only kit built in the summer of 2021, (June 27th completion date) it is possibly my most favourite from that year, but I had painted the body with a brush, so it looks sort of crappy. May or may not consider sanding it down and spraying it the right way, but here it is.
  5. Completed March 19th, 2021, this is the Revell Classic Ford Bronco. One of my early kits, the body was painted with a brush; I didn't have them sprayed regularly until 2022. This kit was fun to build, and from my recollection, everything went well with this kit; no issues what so ever.
  6. This is the second kit I had ever built. The 1986 Monogram model 1965 Corvette Stingray "Black Rat" was one of my dad's that he picked up in the '90s. Unassembled until February 13th, 2021 (date of completion). I had never knew about this site until last week, so I'm putting all my kits on here for you to see. This particular kit was also where I got my first model-kit-related injury; while scraping off burrs on the tires, I sliced my finger with the exacto blade. I think it was worth it, though. The kit is one of my favourites.
  7. This was the first kit I completed. Originally bought as a Birthday present for my dad back in 2012, he tried to show me how to build a kit, but I was only 6 at the time, so I was more interesed in how fast my HotWheels could go, but by 2021, I finished what was started, and so here it is. Completed February 8th, 2021, (I've kept a list of when I complete my kits) this Revell 1941 Chevy Truck is the first model I completed. Hope you like it.
