  3. Wow. This is some very clean building.
  4. Awesome intake work.
  5. I like the bling T. Clever trick with the decals.
  6. That intake was a great choice and the aluminum pulleys give it a modern feel. The subtle modifications like the hood and the wheels really set this build off. Great work.
  7. Incredible fabrication going on here.
  8. I love that intake and the paint turned out great.
  9. Very nice work on the exhaust. What is he diameter of the solder you used on the exhaust?
  10. So that's what you do will all those extra '57 Pro Sportsman front wheels.
  11. The wheelie bars and rear stance look great.
  12. The crank trigger and water pump add realism to the look of the engine... killer work!
  13. WOW! Amazing work. The bench was just raised way up.
  14. Your brake work helped me too. Outstanding work T.
  15. Chris, I experimented with Anita's Yellow and a Copper color from another manufacturer. It took a little practice with the speed and distance, but I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I sprayed the copper second and it laid down perfectly. I suspect that I had more success with the copper because I had already practiced with the yellow. In any event, I was also surprised with the coverage. I painted cut foam board pictures. I sprayed the side with the images to gauge the coverage. I achieved good coverage, even with the yellow. I plan to experiment with some clears, including Future, this weekend. I've heard of a few builders using Future as a barrier coat to more aggressive paints. I might give the barrier coat a try, primarily to see what happens. Thanks for posting your tips. Rick
  16. Great execution of the concept... especially the roof. Life always seems to interfere with bench time in my house too. Good luck on getting back to bench. We'll be here when you do.
