Bro no worries. I havent painted mine yet. I just modified my rear fenders with the roof scoops form the origional 57 chevy kit. Also skirted the fenders and molded them in. Well whatcha think. No all i need are some bullet taillights and a 53 ford canted quad healights from the truck kit. Well whatcha think. Still need to finish putty work and then primer it.

he got his cars you got your cars. Also you say ur car is SMOOTH. Well i dont see you spraying real flake. If he thinks is good then its good. If you think its not DONT COMMENT I personaly like all his builds and i think his paint is nice and smooth.

rob could you help me out realy quick. Could you get me some pics with the rear axel mocked up and with the fender section on it. I need some pics of how much space is between the axel and the floor of the bed. Also need to know how much space is in the front between axel and oil pan. Could you help me. I want to make a air ride suspension. Your stance is how i want it with bag deflated. Any help would be great.

Hey thanks. Those are nice. Cant even pick my favorite. Well i have begun workin on the truck. Skirted the rear fenders and added tailights. Also started shaving the f1 off of the cab. Pick of the fenders will be added in the next few minutes. nice ford cal. Pretty nice. Whats the color on it looks pretty cool.

Nice a 37. I have actually never seen a 37 custom. Never. I have seen a mild rod once with wire wheels like kaddy style not the lowrider wheels. Its kindof a dark green on the fenders and a mint green on the rest of the body. Well i will start on my truck now. Hope to have some pics by tonight or tomorrow. Well see you guys latter.

Well been running my head into a wodden wall. Been trying to build a working air suspension for my 50 truck. Well first i wasted about 7 inches of plastic then abot a foot of thin hose and now about 30 bendy straws. Preety mad. Either it blew up, didnt let air in, flew aparts, Had a leak ect. I just scraped the idea. Need to talk to ajulia on this board if he can tell me how he did his poseable hyrolic setup. Gona wip that in there then. Well besides my headbanging, i got a template for my fender skirts and got the tailights picked out. 59 caddy lights in origional 57 chevy roof rockets or whatever they were called. Gona cut my skirts either tonight or tomorrow then mold them in and the mold the tailights in. Anyone have a 53 for grill with the canted quad headlights???? Would love to put one in like that for the grill and then caddy bumperets. Color well thank EvilOne for that. It will be testors jade green with flake over it. May have him even mix it up for me. Well thats my update so far. Love the color on the 61. Love it. Well gona catch some fresh air now and help my dad out in the garden. MAybe tomorrow i will start headbanging again. Wow nice rod. Well today i am actually goin to start on my 50 ford truck. Kinda played around with an air ride set up. Have most of the materials just need to see if it works. Then need to see how low i can have it go . Rightnow it is in for a nice shave some fender skits customized rear fenders. Oh wait i spelled it wrong i mean Kustomized rear fenders Will post some pics later tonight. Will wire the motor and maybe plum it. Thats it for right now. Any updates from you guys??

Yo kev. Chill for a couple weeks then come back. Spend some quality time with whatever is important in your life and then come back. I had to take a break to for about 2 weeks because something happened on my model car and second something happened in my family. Just chill for a few weeks and then come back full of ideas and will finish them builds.

I painted my fleetline gasser and a fly landed in my paint. I was mad as heck and ended up puttin the body in the purple tank and didnt work on any cars for 2 weeks. Then came back full of ideas and a fresh sense of mind. Well hope to see ya come back dude.

Well one person rescues u. U are gettin most of what ya need thanks to an awsome person, KUSTOMS. Dont know if there is anything that is missin from it but i have some mirrors. Cool ones realy. Have bout 20 sets. If they are missin from the tree let me know and i will send them to ya. Well u are back on board again. Will look for some rims if you want. Tomorrow though not tonight. i dont know bout thr grill. I personaly like the stock grill but its your model and ur option. O love it though either way looks good.

for body work i use the spot putty at wall mart, the bondo that comes in a jar from wall mart. And with my dad workin as a body tech i am able to get the evercoat putty which sometimes only has a quarter left but lasts me for about half a year.

CAl i will look in my parts box. May not have the correct rims or mirrors but i may have somethin that you can use. If i find somethin i will let ya know. Man this sucks. If i wouldnt have anythin i would contact one of my friends. He has a double car garage full of kits parts projects ect. Last time i was there he was lettin me look throught his parts. Dude it was 5 8 by 3 tables stacked high with parts trees ect. Picked up alot of nice stuff. Let me look and i will let ya know.

Well posted this on the other thread. Tried to start me impala today. Opened it and found out i had started this kit I dont want to disobay my own rules so i will be buildin a truck. A revell 50 ford truck that is. Will make me a taildragin truck. As for the deadline it is january 31. If you have any time concerns let me know as i want to make this fun and fair. I am not here to build a model and win. I am here to build a model and have fun while i am buildin it and learn trick from you guys and hope that we can learn from each other. Well startin on the truck tomorrow. Gona clean it up. Gona be a testors color by boyd but dont know which one. Maybe finaly i will do a dark green. Evilone and kustoms I have had to wipe the drool of my keyboard this mornin when i saw awbecrazys desot. Now you made me wipe the drool of about 5 times with both of your updates. So i will be doin a truck . Revell 50 ford truck to be exact. didnt want to not obay my own rules. So i will save my started impala for another time and build me a taildragin 50 truck. If you have to start another kit. No big deal but i know what u mean when u are in the middle of something and somethin is missin Whish i had a 60 ford as i would have sent ya a tree but i only have a 60 impala. but like i said no big deal if you have to start a new kit but i know its a bummer. Kustoms dang that think is nice. Love the model. Love the grill. Will look good when done.
