DONT STRIP IT. Here is what u do. LEave it on. Let it gas out dry completely. Sand it with a block. Just sand it till u dont see it anymore. Then go out and buy some cheap gloss black spray it on lightly. If you see it sand again. This is how i fixed one of those problems. Dont know if it would work on urs but before u strip evrything off just go with that first.

Well i have 4 shout outs to 4 people here on this forum which i traded with and they came through. One tip everyone should know on striping old paint is use castrol super clean. It strips the paint of easely and never harms the plastic. All u need to do its put it in a container roof first so it doesnt float pour it over the body and wait. When the paint is almost of take it out and brush with an OLD toothbrush. Works for me. Breakfluid takes to long and if moisture hits it it doesnt do the job.

for my brush paints a prefere testors paint. They go on nicely on my projects and i have never had a problem.

what goof ups are you talking bout That thing is sweet. I love it. What is the color and were did you get the wheels. Love it.

best bet to match that color is to get some realy cheap white paint and some blue and green. Take some white pour it into a small cup. Then add allittle of green or blue. If it matches and u like it buy better paint and redo it since you know how. If it dont go right maybe 8 bucks are gone.

i agrre would try that. What u could do is go to www.socalcarculture.com and go to the models section. In this section there is a realy nice aftermarked sources in there. Sugest looking throught there because theres alot of stuff. Also i have heard model car garage has realy great ones. Hope this helps.

i know what u guys are talking bout. Its features in a vintage 60s mag. Let me go through my small stack i think i have the pics of it. That thing was cool. Something like it was sold on evilbay yesterday. Dont know what it sold for as i still have ta check. It had a custom amt 55 t bird too right because the one that i have in pics has a custom t bird with it and i think i have another pic of a different one too. Let me check.
