Well visited the other forum and viewed their build off but never saw one build off. A custom car build off. Got me thinking should we have a build off here. Winner would get pride and maybe i can talk gregg into postin his or her car into the mag. Rules are below. Whatcha think. Dependin on what people build i might make 2 catogaries. One for all of the older pre 60s cars and a second for the newer age cars. The enddate to register is sunday the 20th of july at 9 pm for everyone. RULES 1. Has to be custom. Also has to be a domestic car, no imports. Any years allowed 2. Mild to wild, dragster, lowrider, rat rod, hot rod, drifter only. No nascars please. 3. Project may not be started. 4. It has to be your own work 5. Unlimited aftermarket use. Doesnt mean u have to use the aftermarket but for those who want to superdetail they may use aftermarket. Well what do you guys think. Should we do it or not.

Thanks for that info. I checked and it does come with a tail gate but depending on which one you buiild either gmc cameo or step side truck then they are different. Quick question. In the instructions it shows the body being mounted on a frame. Is that included or would u have to find another frame for it? Great review and i will see myself buying at least 3 of these.

oldschoo, Thanks for the help. I have decided to make my own. I just found the other modeler who makes the working air rid but he didnt help me out. So i am makein my own. Figured out how to do it. Just need to put it together and see if it works. Thanks again for the help though

Wow that is one nice start. Just started a sedan too, but not a gasser. But i am building a 51 chevy fleetline gasser. Nice detail to suspension on your models though. Cant wait to see more of this build.

Quick question. Is there anyone that makes a chevy to gmc conversion for 55 to 57 trucks. Just got a amt 55 chevy cameo truck and would like to make it into a gmc. The difference was the hood because it had an opening in the front ,the grill, bumper, dash. Any help would be great.

All of you were a big help. I will check on the truck section of this forum. Also i relized the hood is different because the had a opening in it and had the gmc emblem in it. Thanks for all the help.

I think this is probably in the wrong section of the forum but is there someone that makes a chevy to gmc truck conversion kit for 55 to 57 trucks. All it would be is a dash, grill, bumper and bumper horns. Just got a 55 cameo kit and want to make it into a gmc. Any help would be great.

Quick question for people here. I am about to build a 64 impala and a 50 chevy truck and would like to have a air ride or a hydrolic system in it that works. I have one person helping with the hydrolick system which is poseable by hand. I would like to build an air ride though that works. Could someone help me on this.
