  1. A black 58 Impala. And a few hundred feet above the road, a B-52, heading northeast.
  2. Gosh, I hope the sun comes up tomorrow.
  3. We saw a couple of truckloads of tesla cybertrucks in the silicone valley area over the weekend.
  4. AMT 64 Mercury convertible AMT 60 Mercury hardtop Aurora Porsche 904 Monogram 1934 Ford Roadster/Coupe Tamiya 66 Plymouth Fury slot car body
  5. A Kia EV9 in factory camouflage. Later I saw an undisguised one on a transport trailer.
  6. I have one of those too. Purchased it at the GSL "trade show" several years ago.
  7. My 2023 Outback is silver (looks blue in certain light) with the grey-accented interior. I like it a lot better than all black.
  8. I have a built Fisher (when it was Dragon) 312p and an unbuilt Penske 512M. I have a Modeler's Chaparral 2E coupe and Someone's Chapparral 2F and the resin DeTomaso Mangusta kit. Then there's the Fujimi Alpina B7 (BMW E24 635) with the metal engine and suspension bits, and the MFH Ferrari Lusso and Ford P68.
  9. And good luck finding (in many car models) an interior that is not all black. When I was shopping for my 2016 Fusion, I really had to hunt for a Guard (green) car with a Dune (tan) interior.
  10. A SAABuru 9-2x with the 9-2x, Impreza and WRX badges on the back. Confused owner?
  11. I'm guessing the AMT 69 Riviera kit would be a good base kit to put this body on.
  12. Tesla pickup and a Lucid Air, in West L.A. Plus an older Porsche Cayenne, done up as a Rothman's rally car, cruising on the 405 freeway.
  13. Tesla pickup and a Lucid Air, in West L.A.
  14. I SAW these the other day, parked behind the "LHS". The silver Outback is pretty cool too. The E30 seemed tiny, especially compared with what passes for 3-series these days.
  15. British badge engineering at its finest.
  16. Hang in there Steve. It's good to hear that you are feeling better.
  17. I THOUGHT I posted this in Contest & Show Announcements. Someone please move it.
  18. We have confirmed with the NHRA that Spirit of Speed show for 2024 (#9!!!) will be Sunday, November 10. The show flyer and other details will be posted as we go forward. We will have flyers at NNL West next week.
  19. Didn't Revell come out with a series of really nice 32 Ford street rod kits several years ago?
  20. Somewhere in the midwest.
