  1. So many today... 66 Fairlane convertible. Model A Fordor. A Urus and a Bentayga. BMW i8, second one in two days. Several Lucids and Rivians. @005 Mercedes C55 AMG. I was a passenger in this one. It's a little rocket.
  2. Still going. When they're ready to publish #227, they will publish and send it out.
  3. My first thought on seeing the Chevelle was "Who's going to buy that, with the Revell version available?"
  4. IIRC they were orange. MPC 69 Cougar "Super Cat" was molded in red
  5. 68-69 Riviera kit has always had the vinyl top grain and moldings. I have an original issue that I built in 1969 and it has the vinyl top detail.
  6. I have a few Fishers as well: 1967 Chaparral 2 F 1969 Ferrari 312P coupe (I have a built Spyder from when Paul was Dragon Model & Pattern) 1971 Ferrari 512 M Penske Sunoco I also have the 1/32 Hawker Sea Fury kit.
  7. For anyone interested, Burbank's House of Hobbies has several Pyro kits from a collection in stock. Not cheap, but fairly reasonable. Search results: 21 results for "pyro" – Burbank's House of Hobbies There might be a few more to see if you go to their home page and look at the "new arrivals" page
  8. 69-70 Chevy long-bed stepside pickup. There was a big bowtie stamped on the tailgate and the rear fenders were 55-56 style.
  9. Amazon Parked at the Lowe's near my house:
  10. DARK tint on windshields and front side windows
  11. They were impressive and really nice when they were new, probably big money pits these days. How old are the newest Phaetons?
  12. Pantera was quite different than the Mangusta, Styling, of course, was different. Pantera had monococque construction where the Mangusta had a separate central backbone chassis.
  13. Lockheed Martin was never "Part of Boeing". They are two separate companies.
  14. And they enlarged the engine compartment of the Pinto in 1974. I had a 73 wagon that I swapped a 2300 engine into. It was not a bolt-in. The 2300 is physically larger than the 2000 that came out of the car, the compartment is smaller front-to back and the engine mounts are completely different. That being said, the swap worked really well.
  15. Burbank's House of Hobbies has been getting some cool old kits in so I indulged and picked up a couple more. Yesterday I picked up a 74 AMT Mustang II kit and a Hawk Monte Carlo. I wanted to get one of these since I was about ten. They also had the Moebius (formerly Galaxie) 40's Chevy kits so I picked up a Coupe kit. We had our club meeting last night and some guys brought some kits to sell. I acquired a Revell 67 GTX (Sox & Martin), Fujimi Ferrari Daytona, Moebius Golden Commandos AWB car and a couple other things.
  16. I have a 1984 Corvette brochure. picked up (I had to pay for it!) at the local Chevy dealer when the C4 first came out.
  17. BMW Z3 M Coupe. A BMW SUV cutting in and out of traffic. The license plate said MEEFRST. Of course....
  18. The 64 Comet Super Cyclone. Someone built a replica that was part of the Lynx Project at the last GSLMCC.
  19. I'd hate to see the cost of replacement headlights for my 2023 Outback. They move when you steer the car. It's interesting to see them move back and forth whenever I start the car.
  20. IF it gets to the shelves of Hobby Lobby.
  21. When it's ready. Here we go again.....
  22. When you have to remove an intake manifold to replace a starter, or a drive axle to change out an alternator, something is wrong.
  23. Pearl pink current-model Escalade. Probably a big time Mary Kay seller.
