What? It's not a quick scan, a few mouse clicks and out pops a new tool? -

I remember seeing a Gullwing driving down Ventura Blvd many years ago with the doors open. It was a hot day. -
The actual turn signal lever shaft is about 1/4" thick, a little smaller than a pencil. A straight pin, with a scratchbuilt tip, would probably serve well as a scale turn signal lever.

We will have a good number of vendors at the show. Almost sold out! Our raffle will include many model kits, paint from Scalefinishes, items from Iceman Collections and gift cards from Burbank's House of Hobbies. -

Yellow Lamborghini Aventador cruising the Antelope Valley Mall. -
When you consider that the tooling for the currently available 67 and 68 Mustang (Shelby) kits were designed many years apart, the choice of a base kit for this conversion is obvious.

Look at the back half of the car. A friend of mine worked in a Mopar wrecking yard several years ago. On a couple of occasions they put Dart front clips 0n 64-66 Barracudas. -
Don't panic. They are probably rearranging the store to confuse and amuse you (and buy more stuff that you find while searching for the kit half aisle)

Hydrogen powered truck
sfhess replied to Scott8950's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Back in the 70s there was a guy in Utah named Roger Billings who did a lot of work converting cars to run on hydrogen. He had a Honda Accord that ran quite well using hydrogen as a fuel. I wonder what happened to his work. -

Is this a glue bomb you are trying to "restore"? -
The bulk of posts will probably shift to the "look what I got at ollie's" threads.

I went to local HL the other day to make sure they still had all the same kits in stock. In the usual kit aisle, I was greeted by model railroad stuff, Evergreen, tools and other supplies. On the other side, was the Testors paint rack and the empty case that normally holds the spray cans (at the opposite end of the row from where it formerly stood). The rest of that side if the aisle was empty. Not even shelving. I found the kits a couple of aisles over. They are rearranging the store.
