For every issue of MCM there are "When is issue XXX coming out?", "I got my copy of issue XXX", "I haven't got my copy of issue XXX yet" threads. This reminds me of the circus I saw a few nights ago. While filling my car's fuel tank, several people drove their big ATVs into the gas station, noisy, lots of colorful flashing lights and loud stereos.

There is no "bi-monthly schedule". The powers that be at Model Cars Magazine announced some time back that they would publish new issues when they had enough material to make publishing an issue worthwhile. Note that there is no month/months on the cover, just the issue number.

On Saturday: 1973-ish Datsun 620 pickup, blue, like the ones I used to drive for work, in Cypress, CA Today: F4U Corsair on a trailer, going the other way on I-15 1971-72 Chevy Pickup, barn find on a trailer.

How about that. It looks really cool with three on a side though. But they wouldn't be able to space theme the same as other body styles.
