  1. Thank you Terry, Ernesto, and Marty.
  2. Thanks Tom. I shot the cocoa over Duplicolor sandable primer. It's a fairly dark grey. A '40 Ford would look good in cocoa.
  3. Thanks Hugh.
  4. Thanks Jesse. The kit taillights didn't fit so I used some transparent red stuff with BMF backing. The hood has a line underneath for a cutout, but there was no scoop in the kit. That's what I get for trying a different (for me) intake setup. HOK is good struff.
  5. Thanks Nick.
  6. Thanks Chris.
  7. Only 10:30am and the yard is edged, cut, and clippings blown away. I might get out to the shop early today.
  8. Thanks Bruce. Spyder wheels are my castings, not the kit.
  9. Good to hear, Bill. Should have taken another week off work and done some building at home.
  10. That's really cool, Ray.
  11. Go at it Mike & Ed. Terrific pics.
  12. Holy cow. Thank you everybody.
  13. I like it. Excellent color choice.
  14. Very nice. What did you use for the control wires?
  15. Love the SHINY . Looks like a build from a recent Mis Fit garage TV show.
  16. Weird kit. AMT 60s Sizzle 1968 Plymouth Road Runner - with GTX emblems on the side. Anyway, it's painted with HOK cocoa pearl. It's pretty much out of the box except for engine wiring and wheels. Carbs sit too high and it's impossible to use air filters.
  17. Thanks Dan.
  18. The neurologist has me set up for another MRI on my head for May 2017. She showed me the last MRI results yesterday. The cyst is just about right smack in the center of my head. Not a good place if surgery will need to be done.
  19. No. I really like the multicolored clouds you get.
  20. Thank you Mark and Derick.
  21. That's a cute little bugger. Well done.
