Thanks Tom & Mike. In order to grind the openings for the rear wheels I had to glue the body together first. The parts were slightly warped and didn't fit very well. Any painting would have been ruined if I had waited to glue them afterwards.
Thank you very much Ray. My original thought was to put in some giant engine instead of the flathead, but the would have to be cut up so much as to not even be there. So I stayed with the flattie.
Here's my version of the Tom Daniel's Pie Wagon. I used HOK Tangelo pearl. I didn't like the rear suspension just hanging down like on the original so I ground out the body to fit the huge slicks.
