  1. I cleared my Foose Charger today so maybe I'll be able to finish in the next week or so and post pics.
  2. Never used AK stuff because they charge too much for shipping.
  3. You are one sick puppy, Ira. A most excellent build.
  4. It's SHINY :) and very well detailed.
  5. I don't care for the roof color. Every thing else looks really good and really SHINY :)
  6. Here's what REALLY irked me today. This weekend was the NSRA SE natioanls in Tampa and along with the 1:1s was a model car contest put on by MAGS. Terrific contest with almost 300 builds on the tables. The irk part comes when an MCM assistant editor announces in his editorial that MCM is looking for people to take pics at contests, a person volunteers, sends sample pics, gets approved by Gregg, and then the volunteer hears absolutely nothing after several email attempts. So MAGS didn't have an MCM volunteer photographer today, FAST won't have one, and the Southlandz contest won't either. Thank you so much Darryll.
  7. I love the lines of that car and love the SHINY :) . I would have put some BMF on the taillight lenses or at least painted the backside silver.
  8. What a pair! Great job on the duet and I like the SHINY :)
  9. Looks very nice in SHINY :)
  10. I must be doing something wrong because I have nothing to complain about. Monthly I get my pension check, Social Security check, starting getting Veterans Disability checks. I don't think I've had such a large amount of disposable cash before. If there is something irking me, it's having the money and nor being able to find a 1:1 mostly complete project. Maybe this weekend at the MAGS contest in Tampa.
  11. It's small, but it's SHINY :)
  12. I have 2 Rat Roasters sitting in the que for building. I can't decide which of your versions I like better, so I'll keep watching your progress.
  13. Thanks guys. I already gave out the secret for the fuel filter. Cheap and easy. Sorry Johann. I pulled the fender out of the parts bin and have no idea want they're from. If push comes to shove, you could always slit the original fender and widen it with Evergreen strips.
  14. Thank you very much, Sam.
  15. Very nice. Thanks for the info.
  16. Welcome Tony.
  17. Very nice. I passed on a factory sealed Surfite kit this weekend for $20.
  18. I'd like to see the thread tutorial as well.
  19. Welcome to the forum, Guy.
  20. Thanks very much, Mark.
  21. Oh well. I build what I want and like.
