  1. Ahh - that was you and I remembered. Can you post a pic of your surfboard? I'm sure others would drool over it too.
  2. Buy them from Ma's Resin?
  3. I feel SHINY :) in the future. Good choice on the wheels too.
  4. Maybe Fatkidd will post a tutorial of his method. Worst case, he wouldn't mind if I tried to post one.
  5. Come on over to the Florida Auto & Scale Trucks (FAST) meeting tomorrow morning. After the business portion of the meeting we'er going to have a scratch built distributor tutorial covering 3 different approaches. Somebody already posted building distributors from Evergreen rod and half rounds. Pretty good but drilling all those little holes is difficult for me. I prefer the Fatkidd method.
  6. Whoa, Dave. Very nice build. You achieved SHINY :) but got in some wetahering. Super job.
  7. I'm not a lowrider person, but this thing is nice. SHINY :) RULES!
  8. I assume you're building for Jaxcon, Rob. I won't narc you out.
  9. My favorite year Camaro. Nice build.
  10. They come in the '58 T-Bird kit. I cast them. Check out Crazy Scale Auto Parts by clicking below.
  11. Ohhh. I'll have to look for some 3 pair pieces. I have only 2 pair so I don't have the blue and the white.
  12. It was foggy here this morning too but it got up to 72 and promising to be warmer tomorrow. Good. After our Florida Auto & BScale Trucks (FAST) meeting in the morning, we're going to have a flea market sale out in the parking lot.
  13. Hmm. I'm sure what to think so I'll just follow along.
  14. I don't understand much of this lingo. I don't ipad or facebook. The sample version you posted, Gregg, was very cool. I liked the page turning sound. However, I have nothing to compare it too since I don't do digital magazines. And I never heard of zino. Get that filter!!
  15. Ken - is that you? Gorgeous Merc. Didn't you make a surfboard for one of your builds? There's another thread here about surfboards and I thought you made one out of paint stir sticks.
  16. Very nice, Erik. Keep going. SHINY :) RULES!
  17. Nice springs.
  18. Ha, ha, ha. Glad you liked it, Glenn.
  19. I make boots from the insulation on telephone wire. Comes in 4 colors - red, black, yellow, green. Plug wires I buy from Scale Dreams.
  20. Must be those raccoon sandwiches.
  21. Well gee, Glenn, I agree with Donn.
  22. Oh. didn't see it before. Pretty cool.
  23. Haven't seen a gator or rattlesnake yet. No bears either.
  24. Yeah, coyotes. Raccoons too. All kinds of critters around here. The cardinal is the state bird of Illinois and I don't remember every seeing one up there. Down here they fight for space in the bird baths in the yard. Unless the crows are around. Then the little birds stay away. The area around our house looks more like Wisconsin with the pine trees and 2 lane roads.
  25. Don't forget the possum, hawks, eagles once in a while, armadillos, deer . . And there's always the dreaded snowbirds.
