sdrodder, Make the most of it bud. And yeah I know, I rolled my eyes the same way you just did when I said that. But now I'm almost 28, I have kids and a job, bills.... You know all the stuff you don't have to worry about. But 9th grade was the best 3 years of my life... Have some fun while you can. And by the way I'm really into a lot of different music but punk and metal are my mainstays. If you don't own "London Calling " by The Clash.... Then mow some lawns and go buy it....It'll change your life. PM me sometime about new bands you hear. As I'm getting old and can't keep up...And I don't manage a record store anymore. Lemme know how next week goes. See ya. -Will

Well we haven't even discussed the INSANE shipping fees by most Ebay sellers. I think in your rough guess making $19.78 out of $20 is pretty good. I'm sure Ebay sellers can make up the $0.22 by charging $7 to $10 to ship a model kit. Not neccesarily you Al, but a majority. The way I look at it is that Ebay is the landlord, so what they say goes. And as much as I'm not an Ebay fan they do deserve to make $$$. So if it bothers you that much 1.)Go rent a storefront 2.)Pay utilities 3.)Pay insurance 4.)Pay for shelve fixtures 5.)Employees etc. etc. etc. ..... Then when a customer tries to pay for his/her item(s) and you tell them you don't take debit/credit see how much they buy. That $19.78 out of $20 is lookin pretty good huh? I'm not trying to be rude but this argument is kind of silly to me. But, just my opinion. Nothing personal. -Will

Question about old built-ups??
Willy Survive replied to 62SS's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Dad I think you oughta display em. I love these cars and you're too critical. I think they're neat and all in all they are decent builds. I know you don't like all the phones and tv s and junk that are in the interior. Personally I love that Riv. Can I have it? I am your son... Please.... Ok nevermind. -Will -

This rules. I like every idea you have. I will say that I think raiding military models for weapons is a good idea though. But handmade stuff sounds cool too. Let's get this started ! Can't wait. -Will -

Neat little cars ! Although I must admit that being one of the babies of the bunch I've never known these to exist. And I certainly have never heard of Pyro. I appreciate the history lesson and I can't wait to see some more.

Cool deal I'll probably get it too then. Thanks for the info. I'm just glad to hear we're not gonna be subjected to some terrible remake with someone like Adam Sandler playing Steve Mcqueen's role and turning it into some "action-comedy". And I totally agree that is one of the best chases ever to be filmed. Thanks.

There are a couple there I want. But one question, whats with the "08 Bullitt Mustang" ? Was it something a custom builder or Ford did? I just really hope Hollywood's not gonna ruin another classic movie. Just never heard of the car. Thanks.
