That's possible. I would like to keep it separate, without having to re-register. I will see what licences I have for more forum software, and what can be done. This is for model cars, period, coma, semi-colon, etc... I would like to keep it that way. I know, it's ironic, I don't want to put politics here, seeing how things are going here at home

I use a fabric glue specific for fabrics. I will try to get photo of it I have used thread for piping for years now My green Merc had it I too soak the thread, but in the fabric glue There is also a fray glue at fabric stores. Great color choices for sure

Anthony, to me, that's a fair increase in value The problem here is the greed of the realtors. Houses that I looked at in '03-04 for $350-400K are now being resold for $800K + With no changes! They say "That's what the market will bear". Bull ###### That's what the greedy realtors and speculators say, and they are the ones who control the market, not the ones buying it. People have to buy houses, they have no choice. I think real estate commissions should be stopped. It should be flat fee, say $3,500 per house, plus costs for those high dollar ones over $1 million. that would drastically change the real estate pricing around the country It all started after '01, everything went down for a while, speculators bought, now with economy better (before the R word, of course), they are trying to rip off everyone who wants a piece of the American Dream. Sorry, shouldn't this be in Rants and Raves? My bad..... I'll come live with you Anthony, save me a room in your mansion :-)

I was waiting for word from B&B on that project. Polished it out last week, hopefully don't mess up the decals on the Jag this time. And yes, I will not wrap it up in a towel. half mil? Wish they were that cheap. It's crazy! Be lucky to get a condo for that now. Yeah, I could move up near Andy, but then there are certain body parts of mine I wouldn't see for months on end!!! (sorry for the visual guys!) I don't do well in the cold. Anything below 70 is freezing!!!

We have a major problem here at home also. We are trying to buy a place, but the houses are over 550K Condo living may be the alternative, but there is no storage or room in a condo. We'll have to see what happens with this. I want to build more, and may have to make some adjustments to see the dream of home ownership come true. Saw a nice place, but was 950K, perfect for building :-)

The search engines look more towards dedicated domains, such as yourname.com, rather than at larger public/open/free sites. It's a learning process, and all the help helps, (does that sound right?)

Dave's got me on there already. It works best from individual sites, not from sub sites or threads. The search spiders look at the first page of a site, then they go through the site index, looking for content, keywords, links, etc. It's a whole other world out there now.

Maybe I should build a model, or two. :-) With all seriousness aside, as I stated before, the Internet can spread an idea, post, rumor, or conversation worser than a wildfire on hot summer day. And yes, the rumors of MCM going away are just that, not matter what you may see on the radio.... As my good friend Wes told me a year or two ago, I have to start delegating, and that's what is happening now. It's been almost ten years, and it's been just the start. You will see more involvement from others, better quality, on timelinessesesses, lesser misteaks, ect, ect, ect..... What the hell am I talking about? There should be tons of people near you who build, have clubs, and enjoy sharing the hobby. The forum is THE place to be to talk models, show off models, learn about models, and just have fun with models as well And everyone here is ohana (family). No ego's here, they left them all in the toaster.....
