Cars you wished that was in 1/24
ericmaxman replied to ericmaxman's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Hmm. Let's see. Tata owns Jaguar. And according to TG:UK, this should appear soon enough All hail, the TATAGUAR !! On a much much more serious note (oh, really?), I would like to see this -> Mazda Furai!! -
Nice 2dr conversion, Clay! I wished I could find this kit locally.
-
Well, you can post some pics here
-
Due to the insane tax structure here, they cost up to RM160k, which translate roughly into $45,000 USD, for a second hand unit. Even the 1/18s and 1/24s are not spared ! Tamiya, Aoshima kits costs around $40 USD

owh. but the car is really nice..too bad price of the 350Z here is too darn expensive..

Nice Estima. I am not a fan of VIP cars, but the subject is nice. If I were you, I would do it stock. But hey, its your car, and I respect your decisions.

Yup, that's the front. Wonder how could I forget to upload it. Anyway, it should be done in a month's time. Hopefully nothing goes wrong.

This is my latest WIP. Pics not up yet. So far, body has been primed and sprayed black. Will wait close to a month for the paint to gas off. The read lights has received their "treatment". Smoked with Tamiya's Smoke. With Red. Front lights and foglights has also been smoked.

Hi George. I want to wish you a very happy 56th birthday ! You managed to upload those photos after numerous time other member's has tried to help you. And you did not disappoint us at all! All of are efforts were not wasted, well done ! You did it! You managed to get those photos up! The least I can say is Congrats! Now that you have mastered how to host pics online, it is possible to do youtube vids now? Anyhow, I know it is 1 day too soon. But from my side, its more or less 4 more hours to the first of April. And which also means that the annual April Fool's Day is approaching. Happy Birthday again, George. Wishing you all the best. Eric

What do you drive?
ericmaxman replied to gasman's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I don't own a car, but I drive my parents' cars. Does that count? My dad has a 2005 Chevy Lacetti/Optra. Fine car. Made under GM. Daewoo. I was wishing for an American Muscle though.. Only problem is that this car is more for cruising, not rough driving. I have to floor the pedal very hard before it actually kicks a few gears down. And that Korean developed engine (1.6l) doesn't seem to improve matters a lot. The car would have been more fun if it was a manual, but then it would be something like Top Gear UK. "where's my third??" . And the local importers did not bring in that version. jeez Some shots of the Korean Chevy. -

Nice looking 'vettes you have there. Isn't the ZR1 out yet? I must say it is one handsome car. I have the 1/64 Matchbox and Hot Wheels.
