Pat, this looks to be a collection of stuff that Linburg could have thrown in to their 1925 Model T hot rod kit that was a re- has of old Pyro and early Linburg Motorized pieces . Thanks for the information . I bet Ollies gets these soon enough too ! Ed Shaver

Adam, the only thing I ever recall was a vacum Formed clear slot- racing body back in I'd say about 1966. Even then, it lacked a lot of needed detail . Finding a good one today............. a real lucky shot ! Ed Shaver

Unfournately , this describes a mild stroke . I would sugest a good Cardiologist and perhaps a stress test to see how severe the damage you incurred . Ed Shaver

Remembering When.............
Eshaver replied to MrObsessive's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Whats interesting is the fact that I see many intercections , former service stations , now convience stores and the "Cottage style " houses all over the Southeastern U. S. Yes, I drove a couple of the old Internationals as seen in the movie clip when I first started driving professionaly years ago. Thanks for the warp back into a simplier time ........ Ed Shaver -

So now I'm in the hospital dangit.....
Eshaver replied to Terry Sumner's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Terry, take it from me , have patience . I know thats easier said than done as these "Do- Gooders " , uh C N A's , nurses , doctors with too many patients , and med techs who are obviously bored to death are waking you up all hours of the frickin night wanting blood samples , vitals , etc. Then too, wait till the Physiclal Therapy NAZIS wanna jerk ya outta bed tryin to scare ya into death with their version of "Atrophie "........Listen, it was all I could do to keep from losing it as these people wouldn't leave me to my rest . Yeah, hospitals and nursing homes really Suck the Green weenie ! Ed Shaver -
Are We Model Hoarders?
Eshaver replied to mrmike's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
As for me "Hoarding ", I dunno............Hey ,I got a lot of kits , many waiting a chance to get built . However , I build kits to act as "Supporting cast " members in my service stations . Each station generally holds about 9-10 cars/ trucks . Im branching out to include a couple of resturants too. They will include a dozen cars , bikes and trucks . Ed Shaver -

Eshaver replied to DRG's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
One thing yer gonna find with me is I'm the same way in public as I am on this forum . Look, I have worked so many flea markets , trade shows and car shows , I can't remember which one I may have met some of ya at. Hey, I'll buy anyone a cup of coffee!!!!!!! Ed Shaver -
Finally made it to Ollies.
Eshaver replied to DRG's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Both of the Ford Pick-ups are some very old Linburg tools . Both still have a few of their "Motorized " parts still on the trees. Trying to make either one stock would really require more work than either are worth. I wound up parting out a 1932 Ford Pick- up years ago as the Full moons wound up in a 40 Ford secan, the gas tank became an oil tank for a roll back wrecker and several other parts became other parts on other models . Ed Shaver -
Congratulations there Kevin. With the new kits , mabye you can do something you have never done previously. Ed Shaver

1960 Ford F-100 Pick Up
Eshaver replied to Carmikeman's topic in Truck Aftermarket / Resin / 3D Printed
Ed Fluck jr. needs to find his Dads old casting of the 57-60 F-100. I would suggest writing Ed at Drag City Casting . Ed Shaver -
I thought I was getting a second chance at life last Friday evening when the nurse told me that my Bloodwork was call clear . Supposedly, the antibioticI had been on in the hospital since last January had cleared all of the infection out ........ NOT! I was informed by my doctor today at 3pmeastern that there is a signifigant amount of infectrion within my right shoulder . Since all I have is Medicare , I'm very limited as to what and how my treatment will be delivered . I know I have made a couple of trade deals as well as made an agreement with Ian Ashton to do diorama masters for him . I feel terrible in not being able to make good on a business deal . I take any deal I make here on Model Cars as seriously as I take anything in life , ask those who really know me . I just want everyone concerned here to know I may have to go back into a hospital soon for an unditermined amount of time . Even then, MRSA is a deadly desease and I have seen people die from it . If ya want to know hat may become of some of my dioramas , P- M George 53........... Ed Shaver

Dave , I wish you had made a mention of the fine weathering job on the concrete parking lot ! I see all too many "Super Sanitary " dioramas in this part of the forum . Hey folks do yer homework.......... Ed Shaver

late 70s convertibles
Eshaver replied to The Modeling Hermit's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I would watch Old Cars Weekly , Antique Price guides that show up at Barnes & Noble and Books - A - Million news stands . Generally they are a decent barrometer as to what the public is willing to pay for a peticular car. Ed Shaver -
Craig, both as a parent and asa concerned member , I'm happy to obliege you're request . I'm a firm beleiver in prayer too. Ed Shaver
