  1. I have not posted any of my builds on here before, just always looked. So here are some of my builds while I was in college (2004-2008). Sorry for the poor quality in the pictures, I am still getting used to my dig cam. 1977 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. My mom had one in black with red inter. This one is deep met. brown, with saddle tan inter and half top. 1971 Ford Thunderbird. I had a '78 Ford Thunderbird Diamond Jubilee when I was in HS, I still miss that one. And a 1972 Chevrolet Nova. The color is avocado metalic green with black half top. Only mods I did with this one, made this into a non SS version.
  2. I know I would order two Squires, since I had a '77 (red pic) and now I have a well kept '78 in green. I LOVE my Country Squire wagons, its like driving your living room couch.
  3. This is just awesome! I had a '76 LTD Brougham, a '77 Country Squire, and now a '78 Country Squire. I have been wanting to add the '75-'78 Ford LTD's into my scale collection.
  4. Thanks for the info on this one.......I really really didn't want to watch my $90 investment just melt before me by me using the wrong stripper. I'll give some of this a go later this week and see what happens.
  5. Ok, so here is the deal. I am a first timer with resin, its a '73 Chevrolet Kingswood Estate wagon from "The Modelhaus". I am 100% satisfied with this guys cars, I mean, there was really nothing to do with the body. Everything is straight and sharp. I also bought his '70 Ford LTD Country Squire ( I own a '78 Ford LTD Country Squire). The problem is, I painted the '73 Chevy with the three part lacquer system by Testors. I really dont like how the color turned out on this wagon and I would like to repaint it. Can I use Wesley White Wall Tire cleaner? Or is there something else that I can use. Thanks for any help, Jonathan
  6. Man, that looks like a really nice kit too....
  7. I just got my '70 Ford LTD Country Squire wagon from the Modelhaus and YES it has the wood grain.....looks pretty good too, has the black stripes along the wood grain just like the full size I have in my garage... Jonny
