  7. do you want me to print it with the black ? (on white paper of course) that i can do but to make a yellow decal that will show up on black requires better equiptment then i have
  8. i bought my 2 (almost 3) year old a snow shovel the other day when i showed it to the wifey she asked if it was to keep in the trunk off the car (its about that size) i told her "shoot, no, its for the boy, this year he's gonna earn his keep!" funny thing is, as much as i hate snow im looking forward for it for my boy to enjoy he tried making a snow angel in 1/8th inch of snow the other day...not quite deep enough
  9. now if only we could come up with a way to square up the intake
  10. oh wow im going for what ever spot gets the wrecker and im working (sorry thinking) on my secret weapon of course it wont be dont untill i start in january so...how do we look at cheating ? i mean, if (and im just brainstorming here) i were to instal a trap door that drops nails behind me would that be frowned upon?
  11. oh wow you must have tiny feet...what is that, a size 7? that paint should shine real nice once polished out
  12. you know a while ago i was driving downtown and i seen actual police officer on a segway and i had to fight the urge to run him over and put him out of his misery THAT officer laughs at the one who gets to ride in this tuna can all kidding aside though, its a good build and very creative
  13. you would need someone more skilled then me for that one i just dabble (mostly for myself but occasionally ill help out a fellow modeller)
  14. not a problem you think the camaro stripes would fit ? (would be a whole lot easier then adding the camaro hood to the nova decals and getting the scale right)
  15. spoken like a true person who is about to get his entries tires slashed [insert evil laugh emoticon]
  16. no worries man ill darken it up a bit hows this colour ? Eric, what other decals you have one there ? any cool mopar stuff ?
  17. why not build it like a catamaran ? basically build two hemi powered motorcycles that are connected with a frame in between them maybe put a quicl release on one of them so that towards the very last stretch of the run you can pull the pins, drop 2/3rds of your ride and zoom to victory on a hemi powered motorcycle
  18. shouldnt be a problem i just need a good scan off the hood decal (the one i posted is for the other hood) how is this colour ?
  19. i know that now but i painted this one almost 2 years ago if someone would have been kind and helpfull enough to let me know that before i painted this one it would have looked much MUCH better oh well, you live you learn
  20. hey Eric, the full sheet downloaded just fine but the file of the camaro hood is missing just a tiny little corner nothing i couldnt fix but if you have a full scan that would be sweet you know Tim...just because it has yenko looknig stripes doesnt mean it HAS to be a yenko
  21. make sure you put even bigger wheels on that one, who needs steering right
  22. here is a thought on how to hinge the doors and fenders http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=28665&hl=%2Bflip+%2Bflop+%2Bhinge
  23. wow believe it or not i managed to finish 2...thats right TWO models this year this is number 2 its the 1975 plymouth duster kit with the kit supplied dodge dart sport front end some of the aftermarket features are spider rims, a 440 big block and a latham supercharger (resin peice by Alan Raab) the paint is primer under clear coat and the hood has a scoop from a corvette grafted to it im not pleased with the way the rear bumper fit and somehow the rear axle didnt align properly but im calling her done nonetheless (here is the build thread...pay no attention to the projected end date in there ) http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=38061
  24. it is an odd combo i really want to combine style with performance but those slicks were the only tires i had that looked a bit beefier than the stockers maybe i can whitewall them
