  18. i thought the movie version of christine was a fury ? i know the book was a belverdere though did you ad the door locks ? Stephen King's Christine Although the 1958 Plymouth Fury is identified as the car in John Carpenter's adaptation of the Stephen King novel Christine, two other Plymouth models, the Belvedere and the Savoy, were also used to portray the malevolent automobile. Several statements about the car in the book version were factually incorrect for the 1958 Fury, referring to features that were found on the Belvedere model and not on the Fury. Some of these include: "rear doors" (Christine is referred to as a four-door, but the Fury was only available in a two-door model until 1959) the automatic transmission (called a Hydramatic in the book—a GM transmission; Chrysler Corporation transmissions were called TorqueFlite) "gearshift lever" (refers to the transmission shifter; all 1958 Chrysler automobiles with automatic transmissions used push-button drive). Another slight inaccuracy was shown in the film version of Christine: In the scene where Leigh Cabot chokes on a hamburger, Arnie is locked out of the car and can't help her. The door lock button clearly goes down by itself, yet these cars did not have lock buttons. They required the door handle to be rotated counter-clockwise to lock them. However, the author did note that Christine was "a special order", which could explain these inconsistencies. Also, since the car is possessed by a supernatural force (the previous owner in the book and an unknown force in the movie) it is possible that the car could do just about anything it (she) wanted.

  22. thats cool peeons are alright i guess i could show some of my body kits the opel was all sheetmetal dual headlight conversion and one of front grille the mirage was a 94 eclipse front bumper with aftermarket skirts from a 97 eclipse and hoodscoop from a impreza the cougar, pretty much stock but on 17 gunmetals the tiburon facelifted bumpers, 17inc gunmetals, some engine upgrades and now the passat chromed front grille, aftermarket tails and redailed turbo, pushing 10 PSI
  23. im not touching that because i dont want to get into a pissing contest with other members, specially not conerning thier work but i will say this, as a model, it is looking much better then the ricers i have
  24. exactly , not knocking your model just the so called scene it represents i just never got the point of dropping say 45 grand in a car and "customizing" it to the point of where you go to a meet you still need to know the plate number in order to not pick the wrong car which is why i always picked the od car out 1990 opel E kadett (4 door, not the GSI) 1995 mitsubishi mirage 99 cougar V6 (fully loaded, that car was a rice killer) 03 hyundai tiburon (chick magnet ) 03 passat (this car rocks, 200 HP turbo)
  25. its gonna be hard to make it recongnizebla and bitten in half but im sure they get the idea
