  2. Dave I know that 3D printing can come out grainy , hows the feel of the body, and if it is grainy will it take alot of work to smooth out?

  7. ok heres the next update like I promised ya , im working on skinning the inside of the door. Im also considering a working latch. What do you think? this inside will be raw aluminum ofcourse drilled out for weight reduction. See ya on the next update
  8. ok so i found my cord sooner than I thought I would heres a few pics to hold ya till I can get more of the work im doing now. Here the doors have been thinned down to a more scale thicnkness. as you can see the doors fit perfect now, this was a problem I thought I was gonna have to address another way but it turned out ok I should have another update tonight stay tuned!!
  9. Thx fellas I will defanitly have pics tonight (have to find my camera cord) Ive been working on the doors I realized I wasnt quit ready for paint yet so im getting the doors together again I'll have progress photos tonight. Thanks for stickin with me on this. (now wheres that dang cord? )

Thx Tony I actually have the model on the bench now and getting my fingers warmed up for surgery ......there was some damage to the build nothing that cant be fixed and it needs to be cleaned of dust. but I should have new progress pics up with in the next day or so. Sorry fellas for the long wait.
  14. Chris I had no idea you never saw this one thx for the compliments. Bill the wheels come from Mr. Model altho they have been modified a bit they are a good platform to start with. I forgot which site I got them from but you can find his stuff if you goggle it.

  17. Maybe he's a pro builder! And in such a case he would be right in saying that his models are "pro" built. No matter what the quality it would still be built by a "pro". Sorry guys i tend to think outside the box most of the time.
