  1. HOLY SMOKES that's beautiful. Welcome to the forum and we hope to see more of your amazing builds. Pure eye candy, Chris. Thank you.
  2. LOL, all that happens with Zombies in the heat is they reek worse. You gotta hunt them down, or hose them down with lots of fire power!
  3. Here's Donn Yost's final touches on his TZH masterpiece:
  4. Here's more of Donn Yost's new build. Enjoy, SHINEYHEADS! Here's one more:
  5. Interesting, lots of great eye candy. I wish the video quality could have been better.
  6. Well, Donn tells me it is almost done, but he's such a perfectionist. Anyway, I am in charge of sharing his eye candy with you which is always an honor and a heck of a lot of fun to be able to see what the Old Man is working on, and be among the first. Enjoy . . . (and Donn, keep 'em coming, my friend, and stay out of the heat!) I am sure he will chime in and describe the work in more detail.
  7. Not a good sign after a heapin' plateful o' bbq ribs, collard greens, and egg custard pie.
  8. This model is bright and HOT in all the right ways. Another beauty!
  9. It's been too quiet on the Zombie Killing Front.
  10. Danno, how cool is it in your room? Is this why Gregg is always sending you there? LOL.
  11. The Thriftys stores in California was were I first bought kits . . . That would be a good sign except the Publix in my area is reducing stock to the bare minimum ###### THEY themselves market. Brand new store and the selection sucks. I doubt they would give up space for styrene.
  12. Hum . . . very intere-sh-stein! Keep it going.
  13. This thing is going to be a monster. Loving it, keep it going. Eat more chicken wings and make more progress. Come on.
  14. You are making excellent and deliberate progress on this one. Looking real fine so far.
  15. Startling and new. Very cool. I love it.
  16. Looking good, buddy, and I look forward to more.
  17. Where the heck do you work, Todd? Or are you not allowed to say.
  18. Ozzy, welcome to the forum, and quite honestly this sounds like poetry in my ears. Many of us work, raised families AND built models in whatever little time we can scrounge up. I learned to build through the night when I could not sleep. A model at a time, a new styrene adventure. The opening of the box, the feel of the plastic. Ah, the possibilities. Yes, it's addictive, and there should never be any reason to stop. It's an escape all right from an ever-demanding (and meaningless) world. When you create with your hands, you are setting the world in order. I'm a big believer in this.
  19. Oh you Michigan Madman, this one's got me salivatin' real bad!
  20. Thanks, Cruz, and the new 41 Willys you are about to finish is spectacular.
  21. I'm sure it's more than alcohol. LOL.
