  1. I like this new project, Efren, keep it going.
  2. I don't know, Harry, I still enjoy walking into my LHS and browsing the aisles, looking around for stuff . . . but maybe you are right, it might just be nostalgia. I like doing both, although I know that eventually one will win out over the other.
  3. Dave is right about that, I'd love to see the Pintos and the Vegas done next!
  4. It's all a personal choice, and you find out along the way what works best for YOU and what YOU LIKE.
  5. Oh my, that's looking like a great line up . . . keep the eye candy rolling our way, please. Thank you.
  6. Perfect beefed up engine for this ride. Nice.
  7. Wayne, that's a great point, and it should be true of all professions out there. You have to stay up to date on information and technology. In the same we keep track of all the tips and techniques we learn as modelers along the way.
  8. Darn tootin', Casey. You are right, and more often than not it's the eye candy that pushes one over the edge.
  9. I am assuming you also mean model, right? Here's one from the early 40s used to recon UFOs in and around (over) Area 51! LOL, that's my story and I am sticking to it:
  10. Beautiful color, details, it's all coming together super nice. Thanks for the TGIF eye candy!
  11. Junior, you are always coming up with some great resources. Thank you, and man, I am loving that HO scale block diorama you are working on!
  12. i like it, nice model.
  13. But you have to agree that we are using a lot less paper these days, no?
  14. That engine is a work of art, the whole thing is EYE-POPPING good!
  15. Can't wait to see it, Dave.
  16. Here are a couple of more pictures of a different build:
  17. I have a few issues, always enjoy it.
  18. Thanks for showing the pictures . . . mine arrived a couple of days ago and I am looking forward to building it. It's got some body flash and a few issues with the chassis, but nothing major. The extra parts ARE nice.
  19. That is one clean work bench. Nice work on those decals too.
  20. A distant cousin of the TATA. Nice.
  21. All Doctor Cranky asks is that whoever goes take lots of pictures, please, and then post them here. THANK YOU, have fun and travel safe.
  22. For my purposes right now the tub is just fine the way it is, but I can see if you want to super detail and customize it might be worth looking into cutting it up.
  23. Last picture of joy for the day: You can pick this one out of any lineup!
  24. There's a little bit of flash here and there, but not enough to detract from an otherwise BEAUTIFUL kit. I love it. Ah, the options! Who knew that the Gremlin would be so loved once again. LOL! It comes with a nice print you can frame and hang at your bench!
