  1. James, you've created another fine example of what can be done with this beautiful kit. Excellent work, and thank you for sharing it with us.
  2. Steve, the zip-loc is a great idea because you can massage the body without getting the stuff all over your hands.
  3. Wow, Chuck, this is one great reference picture. It's one of the better ones I've seen. Thank you.
  4. Walt, the last picture shows a model with wonderful subtle detailing, I love the splatter. You've got some very nice subjects in your collection.
  5. Colton, you've hit the ground running and that's wonderful, but remember to share pictures with us. Eye Candy is the currency that makes this forum go around. So when you can, post some pics, please. Thank you.
  6. Nice plan, Chuck. That thing looks killer.
  7. Joe, the Dragula one is still one of my favorites of your builds. I think it shows how much fun you are having with styrene. Congrats.
  8. Can't wait to see more . . . take your vitamins and keep it going.
  9. Very cool engines. I am trying to visualize what scale they are . . . but they look small.
  10. Tim, feel free to share a picture or two when you get it done. Thanks.
  11. That DOES remind me of Speed Racer. The Japanese are making some very cool (and sometimes strange) kits.
  12. Don't feel bad, you did an excellent job. The best how-to description I've seen on using foil and foiling techniques is in Donn Yost's DVD: TIPS & TRICKS FOR BUILDING SHOW QUALITY MODEL CARS.
  13. Man, this is like attending a show of the best models around. FABULOUS! I'm popping some pop corn and donning my Snuggy. Keep the eye candy coming.
  14. Those wheels and tires are going to look great on that build.
  15. Only the order form is up. Will there be pictures of the products?
  16. Looks beautiful, but I guess you'll only be able to look at it while it is standing still. At 100 miles an hour it could be a deadly weapon!
  17. That'd be great Justin, do some experiments and see what happens, hands on.
  18. Putty does make a great masking material!
  19. Drawing is a great exercise for the imagination!
  20. Heck, I'm all for it. Love the 50s and 60s and 70s car, after that, then it's small pickings!
  21. Wait, I thought they were all tuning in over there! LOL!
  22. Watching you build is always so refreshing, John. Step by step, you always make it look so easy.
  23. Man, that color looks beautiful on that model. Great job.
