  1. I just bought the COPO version. I really like the work you've done here. Hope you finish it soon.
  2. Very cool body styling. Keep it going, please.
  3. You sure know how to end up with a beautiful product each and every time. That AMC is BEAUTIFUL. Great job on the tri-color paint job.
  4. Those are cool, the bikes, and the Hotwheel is one of the better ones I've seen in a while. Hope you will share more with us.
  5. Very nice, and the color looks just right. Good job.
  6. I don't do it as often as I used to, but I have a Sherline, both the lathe and the mill, and I love them. I wish I could tuck them both under my pillow at night.
  7. Joseph, I know, I ran out and bought two of them, but I also bought the screw-in flange that makes it four times as sturdy.
  8. It looks like the right materials for a wonderful build. Get it going.
  9. Jeff, do you have a picture of the box art? Which kit is this?
  10. Simple, but a very interesting subject. I like the flat black look.
  11. Curt, I hope you will share some pics of it when you have it done.
  12. Cliffo, a friend of mine got me about 2-3 ounces from the Bugatti dealership in Miami. I am thinking of using it on a 60's muscle car, maybe a Cuda or a Challenger.
  13. Yes, I was confused too, but I see now that it was a resto job. The blue is the new color and I like it. Sorry you lost your job, buddy. Things are tough out there and will be so until after the elections. I hope things improve soon.
  14. He's a jolly good fellow, and he's pretty mellow! LOL! Happy birthday, Ed.
  15. Cliff, wow, for a minute I thought the color was Bugatti Blue (I just got some) and it looks a bit lighter than that. Love it. Nice work. Keep it going.
  16. I love it. I think you captured that late 70s look perfectly. What a great looking model. Thanks for sharing it with us.
  17. I use all sorts of tapes for different jobs. I agree Tamiya is very good and I use for for smaller jobs, but for working out graphics, I use 3M tape I get from COASTAIRBRUSH.COM out in Cali. It's the tape Craig Fraser uses for his graphic tape work. I use a piece of glass or smooth tile to lay it down and cut it into small strips (in scale) and then apply it. Once the tape is down, I mist a coat of clear to seal in gaps, etc, and then you are good to go.
  18. Cliff, the model is AMAZING, and I love the pictures. What kind of a backdrop are you using? Is this a diorama you've built? You have pictures of it? The model really stands OUT against this background, in part because the colors are so perfect. Great job.
  19. Nice . . . can't wait to see what engine you finally go for . . .
  20. Wow, that's a super realistic, well-done job. Wonderful model, congrats.
  21. That engine looks very cool.
  22. Sweet, that looks tremendous.
  23. Nah, don' look at me, I have not been exporting Florida mold! LOL!
  24. Mike, I just tried it because of the same reason, and yes, it works. I bought one bottle of flat black and one bottle of gloss black. Mix the two and you get semi-gloss black. You can adjusted in either direction by putting a little more or a little less.
