  1. I believe so. Again, they are The Modelhouse parts. Thank you.
  2. Thank you, Ron and Sonny. I had a couple of issues with this kit, but all my fault. The first was that I place the radiator part in place before gluing on the grill and so there's a separation on one side of the grill and the body. Not a big deal. The other was with the rear tires which I should have made to fit a bit better. But overall, I like the look of this model and I also like the color. Reminds me of some of the best breakfasts I've had at the Waffle House. LOL!
  3. A few more . . . Although I beefed up the engine with custom carbs and stacks, I left it stock for the most part. What I've always loved about this kit is the clean way it all comes together in particular inside the engine bay.
  4. Been working for the last three weeks on 4 56 Del Rays, and this weekend I am finishing all of them. Here's the first off the line, simply called Sunny Side because of the color, which is a custom mix of enamel paint and PEARL EX bling finished with a few coats of Model Master clear. Enjoy. The look I was after was NOT an all out street machine, but a mild, smooth and classy hot rod . . . The wheels are from The Modelhaus (170-Cs).
  5. Heavens, mate, great texture to that rust and amazing progress. You are rockin'. Keep it going. You are going to end up with a sweet model here.
  6. Oh yeah, I like it, bring on the gunk and the grunge. Keep it going. You are on a rusty roll tonight.
  7. Yes indeed what Harry says. But I will also say that I always try never to mix money with my enjoyment of this hobby. In other words, I don't sell my work, or build for profit. That's just me. I respect that other people can obviously do it and have no problem doing it.
  8. Another beauty. Thanks for sharing your work with us.
  9. Thanks for sharing that, Samuel. That looks awesome.
  10. Welcome to the club, Glenn. That's fine. So many WIPs and so little time, but that's the fun of it, I guess.
  11. I'm liking the looks and the character of it. Cool going.

  14. Oh so sorry, my deepest condolences to your and your family. You have to make a family and healing a priority.
  15. Oh man, I can't wait to see what you are going to do to the paint and that mask. It's gong to look killer. Go, Art, go!
  16. I can't believe that kitten's still drinking milk out of a bottle.
  17. Ditto on what Ira said. I just don't know how you keep it all straight and know where everything goes. Beautiful.
  18. Wow, Rob, how many kits do you have that you need "tracking" software?
  19. Hi, Michel, and welcome to the forum. Love your build, and you should know there's a community build project going on that welcomes such types of builds on this forum. Here is the link, hope you will join in the fun. http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=52127
  20. Those look beautiful, Tom. Yes, get 'em finished. I can't wait to see them with shoes on.
