  1. What a handful that would be. You'd have to Borsch it with a hand on the doorsill. Nice build. Bob
  2. That's a great bike. A little too over the top for me as i like understated bikes. It's a shame there isn't a Shovel or Pan or even Knuckle for these bikes. I'm not a fan of anything newer than about 75 H-D wise so these Evos and Twin cams are not blowing my skirt up to build on these newer Revell frames. They are nice frames and can be bashed real good it seems. And some old school parts would be great as well. Sweet build though. Bob
  3. GO GREEN!! Sweet build Brett Bob
  4. Unless you are already doing styling then you have missed your clear career friend. This is so impressive I cannot find flaw with any cues. This is the nicest Mustang of any kind posted on this forum i am certain of that. The South of France is harboring a great automotive mind. Is it the water? Or the Perrier'? OUTSTANDING! Bob
  5. THAT is just spectacular!!!!! I hate to be pushy but how bout the body and tins??? I'm sure I speak for myself when I say I'm anxious to see that part of the build also. Anyone wish to take side bets what the page count will be the day he posts "Under Glass?" LOL Great stuff dude. Excelsior! Bob
  6. What Hobby Town do you go to? I saw the Young American here in Baltimore for 29.99. I get my paint there but...................... nothing else. Or this particular stores favorite "Buy 3 get one free". Wait, I already paid too much each for three but the 4th is free? Sign me up!! HT used to be a cool place. I wish yours was here. Or, maybe these guys are making high 40's salaries? Yeah right. Bob
  7. Big Parsons fan here. That is doggone nice. Bob
  8. Awwwwwwwwww Yeahhh! That's my bro kicking it out. What a tough kit that can be. SKILLZ.... Bob
  9. So clean Bruno. BIG thumbs up bro...... Bob
  10. This whole clear business is academic. Buy it if you love excellently detailed kits of iconic cars, pass if you love gimmicks and pseudo features. For me the truth is that R2 loves models and are busting their B@lls to get us once lost treasures.. These are the guys who complain about the weight of the gold once handed to them. Philistines all. Bob
  11. Period style perfection!! WOW.................... Bob
  12. Go Bruins!!!!! Adam Oates is coaching DC??? WOW. Should be good. Bob
  13. Perfect Brett.......I actually have the top passenger stripe just a tad crooked on mine. Bob
  14. Fantastic paint scheme and execution. This may be the nicest Dart I have seen on this forum. Muy Bien! Bob
  15. Cooler than the other side of the pillow... The weathered wood on the top rack is a nice touch. Bob
  16. INSANITY!!!!! This is going to be off the chain John. Bob
  17. Take a look at the vintage instruction sheet and see how many more parts there are for this car as compared to the DOH and Street Charger kit. Or, just enjoy the images. None of us will know how many parts have been restored [hopefully all], till we tear open our kits when they arrive. http://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/instruction_sheetsh/instruction_sheets/mpc-5/mpc-petty-nascar-ch/001.html Enjoy Bob
  18. I just bought one off eBay 35.99 free ship. I'll post pix unless someone beats me to it by mid week. Bob
  19. Not quite. If you've ever seen this kit in the box you'd know there are at least 3 more trees of parts as compared to the DOH and Street Charger kits. This kit is detailed to the MAX and when it is released I hope someone will post pics of the trees involved. There really are that many more parts. Not only that, but this kit is what these molds are all about. The Street Charger and DOH kits were afterthoughts. Bob
  20. Thanks Jonathan, I'm looking for one now. Bob
  21. I wonder if they will make FRS decals for it. My brother has a red FRS and I would like to surprise him with it. Does it exist?? Inquiring minds. Bob
  22. To me this is good news. Clear plastic is difficult to work with in some instances and I was going to paint mine at any rate. I can see where some are going to be upset with the body being issued in an opaque plastic and I feel a little sad for them. Let's hope ALL the original parts have been restored and bring em on!!!!!! BTW, this will be my FIRST NASCAR build ever. I picked a good one. Bob
  23. Order is forthcoming. VERY nice gear indeed sir. Bob
