  1. Yea, Dave, I did see that website, It is from John johnson maybe you know him, he is from Douglassville, his son has a 67 or 68 Camaro Nostalgia funny car and I believe is working on a late 70's firebird nostalgia funny car too. The old man has some great vintage pictures! I'd like to see that pic of your willys and Rienfords Vette. I liked that picture you posted of your willys, not many pictures of that car around that I have seen.
  2. That first and 4th willys are my dads old gasser, the first one is after he sold it to a friend so the lettering as removed. And Dave "Smith" I know who you are ! The Black 33 Willys gave it way! heheheh
  3. Looks great! I see a way for you to make some money and help some modelers out.
  4. Really turned out nice! Good job!
  5. Hey Chris thanks for posting that picture. I always likied that car and never see any pictures of it!
  6. That is way cool! What kit did the headers come from. I could use a set like that for a project I'm working on.
  7. You could either use plastic notebook dividers(they come in an assorted color package)available at wal-mart in the school supply section I think. Or maybe you could spray tamiya clear orange #500 on clear "glass". Never tried the paint idea but it should work if you spray lightly.
  8. "Malibu's most wanted" Like the movie
  9. Looks great Brett, good idea to use that body, and the color is awesome.

    69 Nova

Very nice! I hope you never let your brother drive any of your cars after that!
  11. Wow! Amazing!
  12. Awesome job! You can be proud of that.
  13. Beautiful job. I had a 1:1 with the same paint job, but it was a sedan not a hard top, until someone hit me in the rear and pushed me into the car in front making me a "sandwich" I do still have it though. Hopefully one day I will resurect it!
  14. This is just way too cool. I love it! By the way Modlbldr the tunnel ram looks to me like the one from the AMT pro street 66 Nova.
  15. I spray it through my single action airbrush all the time too. But yes you do have to thin it. Give it a try it works great and has a nice shine.
  16. I agre with Cranky. ###### that thing is beautiful!
  17. Nice Job, Chevy should have made that in 1958!
  18. Great work! Can't wait to see the finished product. Where did you get the front wheels?

    WIP 56 Nomad

Crower injections used uneven tubes on big blocks. Not sure about Hilborns, I think they may have been even. Either way looks cool to me!
  20. This is really looking good! Where did the wheels come from? I've been looking for some like those.
  21. Looks great, I can't imagine you could do that in 2 1/2 days! Something like that would take me months!
  22. I love the color combo. Nice job
  23. Wow, I love the look of this one. The proportions are perfect
  24. should be really nice! I really love the color combo
  25. I've done it a few times. It works if the body is a "bigger" car like one time I used a 58 chevy AMT body and it worked good. All I can say is give it a try, it usually works.
