ive toyed with the idea of finishing it up and adding visors, but i'll just leave it the way it was done 45 yrs ago

there were probably 30 or more kits..i didnt have my cam there, and pat redmond who is our club photographer wasnt there either. it was an impressive collection. many went to good homes

my fav. i got a soft spot for rivis.. my very first car was a 69 gs..really really the wrong car for a 16 yr old..

at our club meeting last night a member brought in a bunch of bulit models that came from an employee of amt. all these were built before 1965. there were a ton, unfortunately, i just couldnt get em all. heres the few i did get. they were dirty, i cleaned them up a bit im honored i can be the curator of these for now.

expensive..maybe..but where ya gonna get one, much less this well done..i hope someday to master/cast half as good as this

after watchin "dogfights", these things exploded quite nicely..

it do make a nice shuttle..for the first few hundred yards anyway...

they say 1/32...but its a bit smaller. quite a bit..

phantom turbine wagon .. mastered by jerry stewart. the rear gate is a seperate piece. i glued one on the make a glass template..enjoy..

i usually dont get involved with this type of thread, but... mcm to me,seems more into this hobby of ours. if you go to any of the larger model shows, its very posible that you will see the editor of mcm actually interacting with people! ive had a beer or two with gregg. never seen the other editor interact with us common folk. plus, try starting a thread like this on the other forum.. bet it wont stay up 4 pages...

rear glass can be made from flat stock,, easy squeezy..

new spanky new mold.. this is just the body, theres a bunch of stuff still in the molds.

73 polara! thanks for the kind words. im soooo far behind on mastering things, and new projects keep getting pushed to the front of the line. if somebody out there would like to do it,or any neat project, id be interested in seeing it..
