  1. So what the heck is it supposed to be anyways? A giant wheelchair? An urban version of the redneck roller coaster?
  2. Are you planning on building the Lightning stock? Cuz I could really use the rear bumper!
  3. "Hyuk, that there be what Billy Bob sayed!"
  4. Well obviously it's a jab at actual grammar nazis, since it does have the phrase "My grammer is gooder!"
  5. Lisa: "Come to Homer's BBBQ, the extra 'B' is for BYOBB" Bart: What's that extra B for? Homer: That's a typo. :D
  6. Eh, I'm just going by the pictures I've seen of the car. Perhaps it's a 1974 with a '73 grille for all I know.
  7. Just so you have a focus, the car used is a 1973. (1974 models had a pair of bumper guards at the bottom of the grille).
  8. Agree, lose the wheels!
  9. Which I said in my other post above!
  10. Kind of hard to do when you're ordering online.
  11. Ask here! But yeah, there are two versions of the new Challenger out, the AMT (which you have) which is a curbside, and the Revell, which is fully detailed. What you should have done is gone to a few different sites to get an idea of what the kit includes.
  12. That is true Harry, which is why if they don't believe it would be in their best interests to tool new kits, they should sell some more of the older kits (and perhaps tinker with the tooling for some of them), since there were so many cool kits that are now hard to find. Perhaps (and I know this was mentioned elsewhere before) they should have polls on their webpages asking consumers what kits they would like to see being sold.
  13. Reminds me of the Global Warming episode of South Park.
  14. They all look great! I also got that book recently and enjoyed many of the builds featured!
  15. Then I would suggest downloading OpenOffice, it's free and is just as good as the Microsoft Office pack (I use it on my computer). Oh, and it's compatible with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) as well as many other programs. OpenOffice Draw is what I'm using for making a decal sheet since it has a snap grid and makes resizing images easy.
  16. Nope, you're correct, I should know...I'm on the waiting list for one! http://www.hobbylinc.com/htm/mon/mon857212.htm
  17. Here's some instructions on how to do it in Microsoft Word: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=27447&view=findpost&p=268370
  18. Nah, I just think the nuns need to quote themselves...uh...I'm going to go over here -->
  19. Which is why there's a thread dedicated to it in the rants and raves section. If people are confused about how to do it, it's not difficult to ask.
