This is a cool looking Porsche and paint is looking good. I love flat paint on interiors to get that leather-like shine after rubbing it with a soft cloth after it's dry. And I wouldn't clear coat the chassis just to give it a little different gloss to set it apart.
I had five 1:1 924/944's and those tail lights are dead ringers. Just like using 56 Packard tail lights on a 51 Merc!
For painting a body, a wire coat hanger works better than anything I've ever tried. It's re-bendable every time you use on a different model. It can be made to either stand on it's own or hang upside down to dry. I like them because I can twist and turn the body as I spray. Only trouble now a days is most hangers around the house are plastic!
