  1. I love this project! I never knew they made T-Top notch backs.......this gives me some ideas!!!
  2. looks good to me!
  3. That looks great!!!
  4. Thanks for the suggestion Phil. I've used a couple of the Ross Gibson Motors and to me they are not worth the money. It takes a ton of work to clean them up and then sand the surfaces flat so everything fits. Don't even get me started on the pinholes in the worst possible places. I've found it is a much better value to buy an entire dragster or funny car. I use the engine, wheels, tires, fire bottles, fuel tanks and other small bits. Then I can sell the un-used body to slot car guys.
  5. I got quite a bit done on this today. The body is on for good!! All that's left are headlights, parachutes, hood pins headers and a good cleaning. Thanks for looking!!!!
  6. Nice work so far!!! I really like the color combo!

  15. This is one of the coolest rods I have ever seen. Beautifully done!!!
  16. The decals came in today!!!! They went on without any problems. I had to reverse the bottom stripe and sponsor decals because of the hole in the fender. Once these dry I will clear coat the car and start wrapping this project up. Here is a look!
  17. I agree. Go with the bigger blower!
  18. Nice build! The hubcaps really make it!!!!!
  19. Looks good so far. I'll be watching!!!
  20. I am using the blower off a McDonalds top fuel dragster. I stretched the rear of the case using some Evergreen plastic tubing. The "blanket" is medical tape painted black. The blower case is to wide to fit on the intake as it is from the kit so I added material all the way around to make it wide enough: I've also started modding the engine plate to remove the water pump and other accessories. I'll post pictures once it is done and in place. Thanks for looking!
