Thanks Andy, nice to finally get something posted!,tried for a couple of hours yesterday but couldn't get it post, tried again today & finally figured it out. If you look close at the Charger you can see the hole in the rear wing,Freckles"The Destroyer"'s 1st victim, it's also sitting on a diecast chassis for now.Started working on one of my Pro-Extreme cars today (taking a little break right now), I'll be posting some shots of that in a few days.

Dang!, gonna miss your builds Joe!
-
Here (finally!)are a couple of my past builds.
-
I think it hits the nail right on the head. Looks perfect now Derrick, can't wait to see more.
-
The under hood photo's would sure inspire me!. Looks good Joe!
-
The chute brackets look much better lower then they were, and Bart seems to be right, maybe a little more angle to the chute backings.

The header looks good, as mentioned above, better then the Revell pieces. Keep up the great work & can't wait to see more! -
I think the choice for the rear window was the correct one, celebrating the 50th is a good thing!, great build Joe!

(WIP) 68 Vette PM Body...update 1.11.13
Dragracer replied to hOLMS's topic in WIP: Drag Racing Models
The body really looks long low & mean, not to mention it's really looking nice & smooth, I'm sure she could cut the the air nicely! -
I've seen a few of Daryls work in the contest issues & from the "other" forum. I really like his '58 Plymouth Fury & his "O" Camaro.
-
The Charger is lookin' good, & as is mentioned above (& as I said earlier), there is no amount of putty around to do Jungle Pam Hardy any justice.

What would you like to see made?

TEM's trannies are great (I have 3 or 4), Chris makes them in 3 & 4 speeds & the detail is fantastic, they come the air solonoids, reverse lockout & the shift buttons, you only have to make a shaft/pole to mount the shifters onto, then paint & put together. Chris due to a recurring health problem is running a little behind right now on some parts, also I know a few years ago he was planning on making some highly detailed (like 140 piece) Pro-Mod engines, but I don't know if those are still in his plans (hope so,but not sure). As for his bodies, they also are great, Wayne Stevens makes the bodies then Chris does the molds & the resin. -
Thanks Brett, I was wonderin' because a certin resin body (for now it's Top Secret ssshhh!),I plan to order in the near future. It's based off a real car (thats retired now), there were 3 different versions, mainly 3 different paint jobs on the same body, but when the 2nd paint scheme was put on the car, a set of rear tire "bubbles" were added, since I like the 2nd paint job better then the 1st or 3rd, I was planning on trying to add on the "bubbles" to make it look right, if I can't get it to come out right I'll just give it the 1st paint job (which happens to be my 2nd favorite of the 3).

The Camaro is looking great, a 1/12th Mustang would be a nice companion car for the Camaro (as long as it's BEHIND the Camaro ), too bad it's not a '69 'Stang.

66 Nova Pro Street Long Term Project
Dragracer replied to eviltwincustoms's topic in WIP: Drag Racing Models
Agree with everyone above, nice Nova,Jeff has a nice idea about the 10.5, might look pretty good that way. -
The green looks good Brett, nice painting on the tubs then. Are the tire "bumps" on the rear quarters hand-made or did they come on the body?, like the way it's looking so far!
-
The 'Stang looks good Brett, the red came out nice. The decals on the rear tubs almost look like tire tread.
