  1. "Famine" turned out real nice Brett, can't wait to see the remaining Horsemen!
  2. Forty-Niner is a work of art Brett, love the color & flames!
  3. The shocks look good to me! can't wait to see this camaro when it's done(not that I'm not enjoying it now, watching the WIP!)
  4. Agree with Niko!, it looks real nice Brett, the flames & the orange look good.
  5. The upper engine looks like it's coming out good Rom!, just love checking this build out!
  6. Not a bad idea to have a back-up plan, just in case!, this build is great Chris, can't wait to see it done. Finally got a job! (well, pretty much anyway, still have to get 1 more o-k & then I can get my starting date),so maybe I'll be able to hit a contest or so next year!, ordered a body/scoop from TEM yesterday for my "Mind Witch" build I'm doing along with the "Angela" build, as soon as I can get ahold of the camera, I'll take & post some pics of the engines for the cars.
  7. The Dart is coming along nicely, like all the detailing,Stars & Stripes look good.
  8. The tubs look great of course! This build is awesome!
  9. The pulleys all look good Chris. Gonna make hard on ya!, I think the inside pulley looks better, as you said it'll be harder to make but it is more accurate, and as the rest of the car is being put together as accurate as you can, why not the pulleys?
  10. The Falcon ought to be a nice build, like the front wheels.
  11. You know I'll keep coming back!,the engine is looking fantastic Rom!, like the sharpie idea for the fuel lines (planning on using different size black hair ties for mine).
  12. The Dart is looking good, like the detail & the weight idea.
  13. Greg, I think your in Hawaii
  14. Bell housing detail looks great, along with that tranny I think it's gonna be a winner!
  15. The body & chassis look good so far, like the drawing idea you have there!
  16. TEM=Top End Miniatures,MAS=Machined Aluminum Specialties.
  17. Chris, the Greg Fox bodies I have (2 'Cudas,1 '71 Mustang & a Satellite), are from a few years back (before I moved to Tucson, been here 4 yrs.)when I was in Fl., got them through Model Express, don't know if he's still in business or not, I know for awhile his store was closed, don't know if he's reopened it or not. The bodies I got are nice, with a few problems, pinholes (small, but a few of them) & the bodies are a little thick, but not real bad. The Satellite body looks like it was from a modified Revell Dodge Charger body, I have 1 of the 'Cuda bodies already painted (to a point, still needs a little more & some touch-ups) for Mike Mitchells "Hippie" car.
  18. Paul, there are alot of ways to strip chrome off, I myself use Simple Green, pour some in a small plastic tub, drop the chrome piece in, wait awhile(I check it about every half-hour),sometimes it takes awhile & sometimes it don't, all depends on the thickness of the plating I guess.
  19. Lookin' good, this corvette should be amazing when it's done!
  20. Welcome!,think you will like it here.As stated above, you can(will) get lots of help if you need it. By the way, nice Mustang.
  21. Tyrone, was just woderin' after looking at the pics, are you gonna do any work on the scoop or roof of the car?, They sure don't match up.
  22. The '55 is lookin' good Paul.Really like the way you did the rear fenders,I would think that the fender lip would look good on the car to help match the front, doing it as Brett described works well. And by the way,Welcome to the Forum!
  23. Looks to me like there's plenty of room out back for some huge tubs!
  24. The wheels, beadlocks, & brake calipers all came out great Rom!who would have ever thunk to make the calipers out of a tranny!
